Awesome at Tracking events with no need for developers
What do you like best about the product?
Heap allows you to track events and pull information from our website without the need for developers time. It has allowed me to asses how users are behaving, inspire A/B tests and then track A/B tests in detail with the help of VWO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to build some reports with multiple columns in order to export the data or see all the data in easy to read manner
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behaviour, understanding what events, buttons, filters really matter, finding issues in the user flow
Comprehensive and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the "Live" view of events - really gives a clear picture of activity and a great method to define events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of - the initial planning in terms of naming conventions and organization is a bit daunting but that should work itself out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to get detailed information about usage patterns. With Heap, we can finally get a clear picture of what is going on with out usage patterns to influence appropriate action.

The paths are confusing to navigate and have a lot of unknowns

tracking funnel performance, reporting on customer behavior, easily tracking clicks
Great for ux tracking test metrics
What do you like best about the product?
The chance to get compact info in a dashboard, helping a lot to analyze data
What do you dislike about the product?
Some scripts take too long to load on a page

Get info about an A/B test. Clean metrics and valuable information

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of being able to create events and have retroactive data fill in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the analyze tab could be more customizable. I often want to be able to filter by certain criteria and also group by criteria but you can't do both.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We analyze our customer behavior on our product's Saas dashboard to make decisions about what to build next

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the easy to use interface, which enables more powerful tools to leverage insights and give a holistic picture to understand your customer segment
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, Heap is fantastic, I highly recommend it to everyone who uses it

Everything. Heap is our main go-to tool for our customer analytics. We have been able to glean insights to drive powerful conversations.

Just get it - it's great
Complete CX tracking in one place!
What do you like best about the product?
Complete none-linear CX tracking. Screen recording every session across device types. Quantitative and Qualitative analytics. Immediately have an action play to improve your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no complaints. We implemented Auryc in 1 hour and had discovered multiple issues we were unaware of in our checkout a few hours after that. Tool is amazing and the service has been the best of all. I would recommend Auryc to anyone in the business of winning with customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conversion funnel, silent errors throughout our site, customer experience, discovery of abandonment, site feedback. Basically everything. Our business doesn't have to assume what our customers are doing anymore - we see it. We are identifying invisible issues in hours not just guessing and immediate actionable items. Auryc is a game changer!

Best business tool we have running on our site today for reducing friction. The service is outstanding.
Great Product and Even Better Support
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is simple and easy to use. The Support is amazing and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure our needs are met.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search is not as user-friendly as our previous tool and setting up specific events can be a touch confusing, but the team walks you through it so makes it much easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UX isssues and some random enviromental issues.
An excellent tool for a growing business

Auryc consists of key features that are useful in finding feedback from customers as well as finding bugs on websites.

I like everything. Auryc is continuing to improve every day

Customer support issues are being solved in an efficient manner. Bugs are being found in sessions that are reported to the dev team.
Adequate performance with little effort
What do you like best about the product?
Automatically tracks features on the website and collects data for reports
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface not very intuitive and basic/automatic reports should be more easily accessible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User behavior tracking and analysis. Very simple setup and time to go live. Helps in integration with other behavior analysis tools and gives quick and easy feedback when needed to analyze changes made to the website.
