Great UX Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool has been able to identify low to critical bugs that QA does not usually catch on the website. If you've ever received a response along the lines of "Sorry, we are not able to replicate the issue", Auryc will catch that and send all errors on the page to you and your developers so you can patch it up fast.
I've also incorporated this into our contact center, so the customer service agents see exactly what I customer saw when they purchased a product. It's been very helpful to get that level of support to the customer during a service call.

What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes with the product. There may be some integrations (i.e. website feedback forms) where your team will have to spend time developing, but support on the Auryc side is there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick turn around on bug fixes for any post-production monitoring. The team and I watch a few sessions that bounced and we are, within 10 videos, able to catch friction points or critical errors on the website.

Great CX/UXI tool with applications across Product, Design, QA, and Customer Service.

Seeing the customer's journey on our site has helped us realized things we could improve on
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downside to it. Although, there are sessions that are missing which Auryc needs to improve on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has really made our investigation easier when a customer tells us a problem while navigating our site. It's difficult to spot a problem if it's intermittent, but with Auryc, you can just replay the customer's session. This results to quick fix of the issue.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to understand user behavior on websites through session replays, heatmaps, events and funnels. It gives a great insight to aspects on the site that are working well and those that are not. It helps provide valuable feedback to product developers who are continuously working towards improving the products they build.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have the visibility into the event marking on the site while viewing funnels.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much dislike but would like to see further improvement on some navigation of the site to make it more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we started with Auryc three years ago, our goal was to better understand how our customers utilize our product and how we can better improve. It helped us tremendously by collecting and analyzing the customer feedback, reviewing the user journey sessions, and gathering insights of our product's strength and weakness. We were able to make instrumental improvement to critical features that improved the user experience.

The team at Auryc has consistently gone above and beyond to make our set up and experience perfect on the Auryc platform. We grew and learned so much thanks to their insights and data. We couldn't recommend it more to any ecommerce owner

No cons. We found that the way insights are presented outweighs any potential cons of having to consult one more tool

its configuration is quite simple and practical because almost all the management of the tool is automatic which greatly simplifies the work and effort involved in using this software, I like that it allows you to extract different data in a very useful way

Its learning curve can be quite complex to handle, since the system can be very confusing when you do not have any knowledge about it, but after a few days managing the tool becomes a little more understandable and practical

What do you like best about the product?
Aside from how powerful this tool is and how intuitive and user-friendly I find it, I love the partnership and the professional help they provide. It is never awkward to request anything and they always go above and beyond.
I used their the funnels and the tracking to get insight into feature success and I find it easier to use than adobe analytics.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think if there was a way to create some kind of home dashboard that we can customize to show key data at a glance that would be great. Aside from that, I am still learning about all this tool can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a product manager here at 4wp.com and Auryc helps me measure and make educated decisions in the direction of our features and even UX. We also use Auryc for our feedback and we are able to understand exactly what is going on with our customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
All you have to do is have them demo their product to you and I am sure that they will answer all your questions and exceed expectations

Many trackable metrics aren't being tracked through Heap currently. I'm not sure if this is a gap in their capabilities or if this is due to our setting it up incorrectly

Decent Analytics Software but Nicer Features cost more
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that you can analyze actions retroactively is REALLY helpful (you can go as far back as when Heap was first implemented on your website).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features that we wanted to use the most were tiered at a separate pricing level. So we had to pay for the additional/new features rather than just having it automatically available to us at our level of pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Heap to track analytics for the public facing side of our website (indexed by Google & marketing landing pages).
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try - it's got some pretty cool features and integrations. But be willing to pay for the extra bells and whistles. Ask about it all up front.
Great tool for understanding customer's sessions
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily create your custom filter which lets you get the relevant sessions that you need. It even works retroactively. Customer's sessions in lifetime is also a nice feature to check recurring behaviors.

Product is not yet perfect and there are times when a session gets cut off or not recorded

This tool helps us understand our customer's pain points better and test out any new products that we launch. Instead of assuming how our customer behaves, this tool helps us actually see how they interact with our sites
