What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows you to create, manage and share all your posts to different social media from one platform. It also allows you to track results and run reports in real time

Sometimes the way of doing things isn't very intuitive and you need customer service to figure it out

What do you like best about the product?
How efficient the process can be and the vast opportunities we can have. The options for Customer Support are amazing and helpful, it's reducing the time we spend on Community Management
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some queries take a bit longer to be solved but, in general, it is a really good tool. Also, the fact we do do a lot of customizations and implementations, can make the usability not so easy, but definity it is worth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are going to use it on our Social media Platforms, it will make our efforts more efficient having all the messages as a conversation what also helps to provide a better support for our clients/audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Having never worked in the Social media space until about a year ago, I was quite surprised at the behind the scenes activities, especially with Sprinklr. That there was a service which could aggregate all the SM platforms, providing ease of access to working on and responding to comments, messages etc. was the most surprising and exciting for me. Being able to create my specific dashboards to address what and how I want makes work quick, easy and straightforward. There's so much that can be done using all aspects of the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of support unfortunately was the downside for me. There's so much that can be done using the service but you'd never know because for the many years the company used it, we'd had little to no customer support nor training to assist us. We've only recently found out that we've barely scratched the surface of what it's capable of and what we actually have access to. If you look at my scoring on the feature ranking you'll understand what I mean. We didn't even know about 80 to 90% of the service's capabilities until this year, after our company had been using it for I think about 7 years. We've now been offered and promised support and training but is it too little too late?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track and address SM complaints in real time but keeps our engagement with our clients continuous.

The timeline feature and the grouping for accounts, I really like that it's very helpful on the copy feature

What do you like best about the product?
It is best in terms of managing multiple google my business page and facebook page at once The UI is very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should provide some more options to customize like dark mode etc.

It is saving time by giving the options to manage multiple google my business accounts and facebook pages at one places which does not only is ease but also a time saver for many companies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the editorial calendar and how you can create your own dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to tag LinkedIn accounts when posting, some accounts are not showing up. Some metrics on the dashboard are not consistent, I hope they thoroughly explain the formula and description of each metric.
