Super Extensive System Capacity!
What do you like best about the product?
It offers almost everything! Advocacy, Engagement, Reporting, Listening!
It's a one best centralised system to keep processes easy and allows our global teams to collaborate & share content and insites.
We use Sprinklr ever day and it is very easy to train new team members on the basics!

What do you dislike about the product?
The support teams can get a touch frustrating and replies can be delayed. The same issues seem to be recurring so hoping to see these things fixed in future releases / updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us easy visibility of all channels on a regional and global level to ensure we manage these for both customer experience and Brand reputation.

Creation to publication and response
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is an all encompassing platform, we utilise it for our production, publishing and community response which i find really helpful to not have to jump around.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service can be a bit over complicated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to post to multiple platforms. I love that we can now do collaborator post now :)
It was a very useful tool, but not very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Convenience to track data and use other additional tools like for advocacy, tracking metrics, etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's laggy/buggy not the best experience. The user experience also seem outdated and not the easiest to play around.

Not sure if that's the right tab. But used the tools for tracking social performance and advocacy purposes
Easing out on responding on Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
it helps us to respond very accurately on our social media queries.

There are delays in getting notifications. Egg - Linkedin notifications
Also there are limitations in getting notifications - Cyrrently we dont get any linkedin notifications

What do you like best about the product?
The widget and dashboard are showing detailed data. Nice Graphs and tables.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slow loading when there are many widgets in a dashboard. No export option for keyword lists.

Social performance and listening for monthly collection of data.
Sprinklr is quite easy to use and understand. Provides a great overview of our social performance

The dashboards are great and very useful in providing a clear snapshot of our performance.

Needs a little bit more finetuning in data gathering

What do you like best about the product?
I've found your app to be such a breeze to use. It's really straightforward and I can find my way around with no trouble at all. It's really user friendly and it makes it easier to do my tasks at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am finding it diffcult because the links to other tools we utilize in our work, as well as the link to access our knowledge base are not connected with this app. It's crucial that these resources are readily available for us to perform our tasks efficiently.

The app serves as an efficient platform for addressing customer inquiries, enabling me to deliver prompt and effective service. Its user-friendly interface further enhances the ease of providing hassle-free assistance.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find chats with customers and scrolling through the chats, and being able to have a canned responses list
What do you dislike about the product?
The program looks very crowded and not very intuitive. I also find that despite using the filters, the chats do not order themselves as they should. I use Sprinklr nearly everyday and hope the team can make improvements to feedback given.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers do not have to call to speak to a consultant and can use their phone and go about their day and come back and reply, rather than waiting on hold and being unable to do other things with their day.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to learn and navigate. Everything is right where you need it or can be found with a quick search.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes with platform updates or outages, there are some functions that don't work for a short period of time. This doesn't usually affect productivity but happens sparingly.

Sprinklr helps us to stay up to date with what our customers are saying and enhance our social listening
