Sprinklr is the BEST

What do you like best about the product?
It's customisable, while still being user friendly. I've used other messaging platforms and this is by far the best one I've used. It looks great from the customers end and the reporting capabilities are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much to add for dislikes, the more I understand and learn about Sprinklr, the more I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our old messaging platform was very rigid. It's great to be able to easily advance our services available to customers and agents.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes moderating easier by having columns you're able to separate, tags you can customize and the AI-responses are always helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Sprinklr is that it obviously isn't working in the native sites. So sometimes, you aren't able to reply to certain comments/etc on some platforms because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not entirely sure how to answer this question. I use Sprinklr to communicate with clients and tag items to the apropriate queues.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the canned responses to be the best thing when it's busy and we're trying to catch up on cases. It took some getting used to at first, but now I am extremely proficient with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest annoyance is that it does not save my tabs after I log out, and that I have to set them back up every day when I sign in at the start of my shift and after lunch, no matter what I do or if I have them pinned. The first tab ALWAYS opens the dashboard that I don't have access to in the first place, when I just want it to be my assigned to me tab.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making it easy for businesses to manage multiple social media channels at once, which is also benefitting me, since we support Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube at any given time.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about the Sprinklr is that almost all information are all in there. So accessing to data like order number, customer's information (phone number and email) , user ID, and etc. is easy to fiind
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about sprinklr is sometimes, it won't show user's order number so I have to like manually access customer's order through back office which may take some time especially when customer's chat are on queueing. Also, sometimes there are some delay's especially when closing macro the customer's conversation. Like when I try to click close macro, it doesn't close the chat right away.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has the option to put in your own assets, which is very useful when responding to a customer because you are able to click and send. Moving over to Sprinklr was easy and functions mostly the same as the previous system that we used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the AI messages can be wrong about the chat you are in, so they could be even more improved. There a few nitpicky things that my team is hopefully working to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate with the customer in a clear and easy way, as well as communicate between associates using the features.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity with which processes can be generated, since the platform is quite intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes there are errors in the data reports.

I like that they have managed to link several social media platforms on the same platform.

It can be confusing to learn but once I got the hang of it I found it quite simple and intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Have enjoyed utilizing the features and benefits of Sprinklr since first starting with it in November 2020. Thankful for the widgets and reporting dashboards built it with my department.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the macro widgets are not working properly and/or error messages occur without knowing how to resolve such as widgets not carring over and gifs not being displayed in messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the communication nice and easy for customers, influencers and businesses overall.

it is very convenient to connect with customers through this.Helps in providing a better support to the customers.

Sprinklr used to be a little different before as soon as they updated it now while replying to the customer on care console we can see all the activity at the time of responding.
