Perfect service for customer service

What do you like best about the product?
It is very usefull all of the tools that are integrated to the application, it has grammatical tools, that allow us to provide a best customer service in a most natural way. Also, it is very usefull that it let the user know the waiting times in the interactions. It is very good to monitor the agnets performance during the interactions. Overall, it allow us to have more control and to provide a best experience to the customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a bit more intuitive, sometimes the user can get lost using the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allow us to solve general doubts from customers of store information, also, to being able to solve some inconviniences from purchases and feedbacks.

Replacing an older communication platform that had seemingly limited integration capabilities and migrating to a new system, allowing for better integration with other systems already in place.

Sprinklr gives us the possibility to costumize conversations the way you want to. Easy to use. Fast Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of system inconsistencies. Configuratuions that don't work or break during the use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have an c-commerce team where they can create cart inside the tool.

the best would be that it's time significant and it has good getting on creating dashbord for the review and repots. has good data for the understanding of the social platfrom.

some time it contans bugs and have refresh the whole tool and also take time to setup new feature's or adding of the rule over changes.

it solve with the brand handing social media reach and provide and accurat data on the footfoal, and these things help in halding those reach more effecoently and is time safecient.

How user friendly the program is. Easy to train new agents to be able to use the system.

Would love for an option to favorite templates when replying to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The most I like is the how fast and seamless crawling do Sprinklr from all social network platform. This is just amazing. This is just like one stop service.

Secondly, I like the accuracy of Sprinklr. This is simply amazing service.

Sprinklr provides hundreds of social network platform monitoring solution under one umbrella. This is a unique and robust solution across the internet!
What do you dislike about the product?
Being a long-time agent console user, I found sometimes getting logged out automatically while I was idle or busy with another task which I wish you can improve!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is a powerful tool that helps us to stay on top of customer conversations across social media and other channels. The ability to generate reports and track performances is valuable. However, I sometimes find the interface overwhelming, and it would be helpful if it were more user-friendly. Additionally, improved customer support would be appreciated for resolving any technical issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr consistenty provides the content we need to moderate in a timely and organized fashion. It was very easy to implement with our team. Any issues we have, support has been there to help. We use it daily and save a lot of times thanks to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any issues I've had with Sprinklr so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us read content on multiple pages and platforms in a very quick manner, which helps us pinpoint users we need to respond to right away for various issues they may be having.
