Great implementation to our systems.
What do you like best about the product?
When the system starts to predict what I am going to say based on frequently used sentences which saved me time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding predetermined text is sometimes difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is making chats more efficient.

Easy platform to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is super easy to use, and is always being updated with new user friendly options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to customise the 'assest category' to my preferences and which predefined content I use most.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting customers through a digital space.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to use, I also find it helpful that AI summary has been introduced. Its a quick way to summarise the chat instead of having to scroll through the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always improvements in sprinklr, so I do not have anything to dislike at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is user friendly. There are many capabilities that can be tailored to your businesses needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take time for errors to be fixed.

Solve member enquiries in an easy manner
Sprinklr has so much more potential and it is great. Would be a 10, but it is a lil buggy at times.

How much data you can pull and new macros you can add.

It doesn't always do as you want, and isn't providing data on CHPLH atm, which is annoying.

Tracks user usage to micro manage and can pull data for anything you want.

Sprinklr is constnanly being updated and refereshed to respond to technological developments and feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
If anything there are too many features displayed on the chat screen, which can mean it is hard to utilise them all

What do you like best about the product?
The things I like are when it works and I do not have to think about it. I like that it enables us manage our queues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that we need to have the same functionality within a persona. We should have the ability to assign many persona's to people.
I also do not like that we continue to have no reporting for CHPLH. It makes me distrust any information we have.

It is helping us connect to our customers and has better ability for intergration with other services.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to customise the system to our needs and how quick a lot of these changes are to make. The layout of the platform is easy to agents and leaders to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When reporting links break in the background it can take a while for them to fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made the ease and speed of reporting a much simpler process. Drilling down of data is simple and fairly straight forward.

What do you like best about the product?
The orginization of the pages and the clean presentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way that chats are oriented when looking at the chat history of an employee shows individual messages and therefore it's much more frustrating to view a range of interactions as a whole without having to scroll.

Chat Concurrency Structure, would be better to have them aligned with waiting times once answer go to the bottom etc.
