What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr AI summary can be good (at times)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr is awfully overcomplicated. There's too much going on and it needs to be simpler.

While the AI summary can be good, it doesn't always generate the correct information in what's been discussed case by case.

Chats dropping in is messy most of the time, regardless of what your settings are, confusing agents on where they're meant to go etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm unsure how to answer this question - Sprinklr is used as a chatting platform for customers to speak with us.

What do you like best about the product?
Reliable, very rarely have connection or orther issues. I like that I can view all of my chats easily and naviagting between screens is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get digital support as we need to go through our company rather than direct with sprinklr

Easy chat system with a lot of customisation

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that there is so much customisation that can be added to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the descriptions are a bit strange without manual editing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to amalgamate a number of different chat sources and also implement an in-depth AI service in to the system.

What do you like best about the product?
The tracking and functionality on Spinklr are extremely well done. It's used multiple times a day getting hit by mutliple CSA's without fail.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the service can go down and have timeout issues.

American spellcheck is used, which is in incorrect in spelling at times for non american users.

Spinklr has the pro-active chat and Agent Nudges function, so it is a quick reference to define the problem and task

What do you like best about the product?
I find the responses are often quite helpful and informative, often times there is an outcome within the first response.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opposed to the first answer, there have been experiences where the response has been drawn out and confusion created via the back and forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently working on building new features to help us support our customers routing and connecting with out agents in a more direct and prompt manner
