What do you like best about the product?
This tool gives insights which are relevant to the brand , along with that it also give what our competitiors are doing. It help in brand analysis and real time data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is full of widgets and sometimes it takes a few minutes to roll out the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real time data monitoring, good user interface, better customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool is its importance to every minute detail. From case history to, codes to reply details, this tool offers all at once. Another best part is users can customize the tool as per their needs, creating a new dashboard or adding widgets is very easy even for people from a non-technical background.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say here but the only issue that the team can take care of is the late assignment of cases at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For a CRM service, Sprinklr is of great help in improving the customer service experience. Social listening with Sprinklr is way easier compared to other tools. It helps to capture real-time customer feedback and address service complaints for the Social listening team. It's engagement dashboard helps in giving an insight on how brand contents are doing online.

What do you like best about the product?
As I am active user of this social listening tool and had hand on other social listening tool also. Talking best about spriklr, the appropriate history of the customer, division of dashboard, fast implementation of new thing as per requirment is best thing about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really the dislike! But as a feedback, I will definitely would suggest to get more attractive themes as we currently have only two. Along with that if get password expiration within couple of months would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There were quite few suggestions which was required for the betterment of the process and my suggestion was made into the tool with two or three weeks which benefited the process alot!

What do you like best about the product?
There are many benefits of using Sprinklr. It helps me cordinating and communicating with the team in timely manner. It is an All in one platform that helps me to streamline my workflow and helps to avoid using multiple other tools. The Automation features helps in managing incoming messages efficiently, supports to provide responses to customers on time. Other features and services that I like about Sprinklr is its Publishing case responses and all the macros that are accurately made and can be customized. It has the best UI that makes it function smoothly. Kudos to the IT team. It is useful for different types of businesses and multitasking. The other comforting features like Dark mode (to work during night shifts) Notifications, Launchpad, talk to support, open team chats etc are helpful as they are on the top right corner that are very useful in every aspects. Sprinklr "Auto-saves" everything hence no loss of data and I can resume work anytime I login again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of Sprinklr's service is considerably high.
At times it becomes difficult reaching support representatives or getting timely assistance can be frustrating for me because I rely heavily on the platform.
There are many features offered by Sprinklr that I don't need or use, hence leading to a feeling of unnecessary complexity. But this is just my opinion, others might like having more features to learn and explore new things.
Sometimes, it has glitches, downtime, or performance issues that leads to hampering of my performance and productivity. Sprinklr should have a pop-up box instead of redirecting to another tab when I click on instagram, fb account. The platform should have a small window on the same page where we do not have to use Alt+tab and open more windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to make my work easy and helps me to multitask. The background team of sprinklr has made the software so strong that it works smooth and lag free on just one click. Adding photos, videos, documents & links feature with the response to the customer helps to give an overview problem solving solution to the customer in one go. The "Add phrase" feature helps to give new responses to the customer with grammatical auto correction. This helps to provide variety of responses making it look less robotic and more human. Scheduling a post is another helpful feature that makes my work organized and can plan things out. Sprinklr can be used in our smartphones that enables use to go mobile and keep the work continuity and smooth.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr Service's most amazing feature is that it is a single tool to meet all your digital marketing and online reputation management needs. This is hands down the best ORM tool to exist in the current marketing world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr Service can be used on mobile devices too but the functions are limited. The software can be more enhanced in order to make it more mobile friendly in nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service is very helpful because now I use just one single tool to track data, engage with customers, build better customer and business relations thereby not having to purchase multiple softwares.

Sprinklr offers me centralised layout to all my customer connect ... be it facebook messages , twitter, whatsapp business chat and my website connect.

Sprinklr has been helpful for the moment will inform the team if i need any more features

most important problem Sprinklr serivce has solved is that ... i dont have manage multiple tabs of facebook, whatsapp, twitter and others... i manage all of them from my sprinklr dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
The best about Sprinklr is the UI and ease of using the product. This tool offers amazing features which helps in monitoring and managing social media perfectly.

There is nothing particular to dislike but it often gives an pop up error due to which I have to log out and then again login

What do you like best about the product?
I'm really amazed by how user-friendly and intuitive this software is as I come to the end of my evaluation period. Setting it up was a breeze, and the reporting capabilities offer impressive depth. The AI writing was accurate and on target right from the initial attempt!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is that at times, functionalities present in native platforms might not be accessible in Sprinklr. Nevertheless, this typically gets resolved after a few development cycles thanks to an effective feedback loop within the Sprinklr system.

Providing comprehensive analytics for my social accounts and offering effortless post scheduling are standout features of Sprinklr. Additionally, the AI assistance greatly enhances content creation, contributing to the generation of high-quality posts.
