My experience with this tool is very helpful for social media management & customer care

What do you like best about the product?
What most useful was for my benefit was the engagement I had with this platform, it made me bring together the customer service experience/management. and it creates a workflow that can save you time and allow teams to focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside would be integrating Sprinklr with existing systems, which could be data analytics tools wich could be time-consuming. Also, the cost of service can be a down side for the use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to analyze our raw data in our systems to facilitate our platforms and help us in our brand consistency allowing us to make sure our consumers are happy with our product.

It allow customer to get response immediately. Save everyone time and cost. It works for 24 hours by 7 days. AI bot will response you immediately.

Some specific question hard to get immediate response as need human action.

Sprinklr helps us for a better understanding of the feedback on the products and services helps in advertising in a wow way and helps to get good feedback from the clients

There are no more bugs or dislikes of this social platform but sometimes it confuses and not be so helpful to get feedback or prepare the presentation for the customers

What do you like best about the product?
Social listening capabilities are robust. It also has the ability to schedule, plan, review and create social content across multiple channels. The reporting and measurement capabilities are also awesome
What do you dislike about the product?
When I tested the paid media capabilities a few years ago, I wasn't a fan. It seemed like it took longer to create paid content than doing in the native channel. It's been a few years so that may have changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's our social scheduling and reporting tool. We also use for social monitoring and listening.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr Service has been by far the best tool that I have used in my 5+ years of Social media marketing career. Its clean user interface is the best thing about Sprinklr.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinklr tool is quite user friendly but its advanced options are a little challenging to understand and requires some training or research to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service is solving the problem of effective Onilne Reputation Management (ORM). Its clean user interface, and ease of use in data management helps me to save time thereby increasing business performance.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe the user/agent interface is well done and provides useful properties around the profile, message content, and allows agents to get a better picture of the mention sentiment/intentions/etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI or third pane can be buggy, clear notes or drafts that a user was compiling and lacks any auto-save features. Also, the profile details, history, and relation to other areas or insights aren't developed and need fine tuning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say problems are the latest trends and/or social media services within the overall landscape. Social moves quickly and Sprinklr aims to meet the requirements of our current needs while not overhauling the platform and products until say the new features are tested and sufficient for use.
