What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most about Sprinklr is how user-friendly it is. Once you understand the features, it is pretty intuitive. I think the interface is also really easy to look and and extract data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found that my managed services people either don't come back with a useable solution or they never get back to me at all. Sprinklr is extremely complex in what it can do, but the effort has to be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Often I feel that they dont solve my problem and I have to figure out my own solution. I am able to this because I have years of experience with Sprinklr both as a teacher, admin and user.

What do you like best about the product?
great way to filter social media posts. Nice layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are glitches such as unexpected logouts, uneven distribution of workload etc.

Pretty consistent

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr has the most robust platform I have seen for social media management. The ability to customize and the level of detail we can drill down to is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a whole lot to dislike that is Sprinklr's fault. Any issues or faults I have with the platform are typically API limitations, and our reps do their best to help prioritize and push our needs with the various social platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It bridges the gaps between social platforms and our internal CRM, streamlining processes and allowing there to be a single source of truth that is consistent across various outlets.

What do you like best about the product?
A unified dashboard that's easy to see, well laid out with a clean UI and smartly selected fonts. Ability to view all major aspects critical to customer experience management - social listening, social tracking,paid ads and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service may be too complicated for first timers and novices to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggle to easily compartmentalize, aggregate, track and make sense of conflicting signals in an increasingly noisy world. Sprinklr Service is helping us sift through that noise and take action based on data.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a powerful platform with a various features. Among others, they provide nice tools to manage all of customers voice, feedback and complaints without delay or hassle. With their intelligent service such as automated conversation routing, real-time sentiment analysis, customer service improved far more than expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
for some case and users, these kind of complicated features based on statistical analysis and processing might be difficult to deal with. but it helps in the long run.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we had a traditional contact center and took a project to upgrade it with advanced technology like AI, Cloud, Data Analytics and so on. Sprinklr helped us to achieve the goal.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service and the details with backup of the research study is the key. If you need to study certain patterns, you know where you should go to. Yes, thats Sprinklr

I haven't seen anything so far that would make me unhappy about.

It's able to provide me the trends and how the culture has been shifting from time to time which helps me do my job better. I am looking forward to work further

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to managing voice contacts with customers, Sprinklr Voice is hard to beat. The platform has an uncluttered and straightforward user interface that makes it simple to get about.

Sprinklr Voice stands out because of its ability to connect with other Sprinklr products, such as Modern Care Platform, providing a 360-degree perspective of client interactions for organizations. By doing so, companies can learn more about their customers' wants and needs and provide superior service on the whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until the product backlog is reduced, the delivery of the business's customized features will be delayed.

The initial voice configuration was a little shaky.
