Sprinklr modern care lastest version

What do you like best about the product?
I have been working on Sprinklr Modern care for more than a year now, I have noticed some changes I like each and every single one of them, if I have to select one I'd say the dark mode.

It is so much better work in this mode besides when you use glasses this perspective is way better than the white one.

* I find hard not to mention that since then moment I did the migration to Lenovo SSO everything is more fluent, the system in general is faster and I am in love of that.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good, I have not found something I do not like, please keep this great job up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is extremely important for our team to be able to provide a proper response to every single one of our customers.

Taking that into account and using the new feature "Historical conversation" now is really easy to understand the customer's need and provide a quick response, it is important for us, for our customers and thanks to this Sprinklr 15.11 new version is easier than ever

Interaction with customers is comfortable, we solve problems with service and doubts regarding the system.

It is a very good tool, interaction with clients is easy, the interface is very simple and easy to understand, highly recommended

What do you like best about the product?
Modern care allows for hassle free, straightforward working. When using Agent Console within this care platform, individuals are able to focus on what's important, and have full visibility of all aspects of work, right there on one page. Not only that, the Engagement Dashboards are easy to navigate around and easy to amend.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally, I see no downsides to using Sprinklr Modern Care. Having worked on Sprinklr prior to this release, I have seen how much growth and customer focus has gone in to this release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Productivity has massively increased since using Modern Care. The easy of use and accessibility of this platform is second to none. This is largely down to users have all the information they need right at their finger tips, without the need for unnecessary clicks.

What do you like best about the product?
The agent console is both intuitive and accessible. There are fast improvments on key resource, AI intuition prediction are a great tool to value consumer interaction, this helps us develop the company as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, the way we are allowed to controle the team are confusing. And the complex mechanics of case distribution facilitate overcomplicated processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At Telefónica Brasil Vivo we adopted Sprinklr to provide top of line social crm. By transposing data between both companies, we developed a solid priorization strategy. Moreover, the AI tecnology saves a lot of time in traditional researching too.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Right now, Sprinklr is definitly a great tool, but the marketing is closing the gap, and the price for sprinklr is steep compared to the benefits. Even if they do it all and well, I would recommend not rulling out others.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Sprinklr is the built in intelligence that allows me to be more efficient in my work. We used another tool previously, and it really slowed us down. Sprinklr has really been a breath of fresh air for my whole team. Before Sprinklr, we couldn't set up the necessary parameters to block out certain tweets to ensure we're not wasting time with spam. Now, on our busiest days, we're working with the customers who need the most help and in a timely manner. i
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't use all of the features. I think this may be a team decision though. I would love to see what the analytics tab does and what reporting is offered. Right now, our teams metrics are monitored on a team level, but I would love to see what those score cards look like on an indivdual basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're solving so many different issues, it's hard to pinpoint just a few, but if I had to--I'd say the biggest problem we've solved with Sprinklr is our turnaround time. We've worked with other tools to ensure when we work with our customers they're getting support within 24 hour. Since moving to Sprinklr, our turn around time has decreased and we're reaching more customers faster.

If you're looking for a tool that allows your team to be efficient, Sprinklr is it.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of access- finding a post is so easy! "Training" was less than a day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The layout was a little bit confusing at first but I quickly caught on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is way better than the last service we used for social media. Seeing everything in real-time is awesome too!

What do you like best about the product?
It is pretty easy to use, you can use the tagging system in the background to cooperate with colleagues. Even people who are not directly involved in managing social media, such as business partners, can do work there. They regularly update the tool and most importantly, communicate it in advance
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot compare with other tools but honestly, don't have anything I don't dislike. You cannot do a mistake when choosing Sprinklr!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When working in a corporate, you have a lot of employees involved in social media. Also, from the public audience, you are receiving many requests, comments and questions. Of course, you need to work with them. What you need for that, is definitely a process which includes many people who are involved in that. Sprinklr offers you a system where everything is at one place, you can track and measure everything.

You cannot do anything wrong when choosing Sprinklr!

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track what is and is not being responded to, as well as SLA's and time to recovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having some challenges with the Sprinklr/Salesforce connection to ensure that content is flowing to Guest Relations department. But we are working through it successfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solved tracking, responding to guests in platform and quickly recovering digitally vs. sending an email. Next up is sending recovery surveys to ensure that guests are happy with how things have progressed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Think through your use cases and workflow, try to account for all possibilities, especially if you are trying to get stuff to flow from Sprinklr to SalesFocus's care module.

The Sprinklr module is a tool with a lot of potential that has helped Telefonica to have a great growth in digital channels, in addition to being very easy to implement and understand by the agents who use it.

I have nothing to say about something I dislike about Sprinklr

The rules have been configured to assign caseloads to agents by time, by digital channels and by attachment

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it can connect to our current system, as well as the fact that it will help track issues, keep the consumer in the social space they were in while still getting their answer. Love all the reporting we can get so we can track any issues and see what they are, where they are, and if they are larger than what we think that they might actually be.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit difficult to link to our current systems. Sprinklr folks are very helpful in getting this done though, so once it is finished, it will be a fantastic tool and cut down on wasted time and energy. Some of the items you can click on are not 100% intuitive, but again, the sprinklr team is very helpful getting me to where i need to be, whether in a report or creating some sort of dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removing middle person from consumer journey and getting them from social directly to our Customer Care team. It helps them get their answer faster and in the space they are already in. Once everyone gets 100% integrated into the system, i think it will cut down our consumer wait times and help get our satisfaction rates back up, hopefully improving our facebook review score as well.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think having a lot of social interaction is needed to make this worth while. Seems obvious, but just wanted to make a point of saying that.
