What do you like best about the product?
They listen to the issues you may be experiencing and help to resolve them in a quick and timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a new thing to learn and there was definitely a learning curve to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to assist with Social Media Requests from our members. There are definitely the benefits of being able to assist our members in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I have worked with Sprinklr for 3+ years now and their commitment to making the customers more efficient and providing the most innovative solutions in the industry is second to none. Most helpful is the flexibility to adjust to your specific business needs. I like the ability to integrate multiple types of inbound customer messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support with any tech solution is time consuming and at points a communication struggle. This is something I have run into with every marketing technology and likely will for the foreseeable future. There are fees with some of the added features that are hefty for example to implement can’t bots I was very surprised at what the implementation charge was. They could do a better job at helping customers understand what it takes to get something goin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our limited resources work more efficiently with platform updates and artificial intelligence features. We are able to set expectations for our customers and resolve problems in a timely manner. Reporting and analytics makes it easy to meander time investment and volumes. Overall the tool is in a position to bridge the gap between a number of different customer care teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Align on business goals and plan a scheduled roll out of features, this is a bit of a can of worms so it’s best to take it a step at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the smoothness and simplicity of Sprinklr's user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to search and make updates for cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been providing customer support with Sprinklr Modern Care. The main benefit of Sprinklr is the scale. The software can work with platforms like Twitter and Facebook and provide options to reply to messages.

Sprinklr is a much needed tool for big businesses

What do you like best about the product?
Messages continuously available / being able to locate all feedback from a specific email address / being able to forward messages to the correct team when they come in
What do you dislike about the product?
Messages not staying in the proper queues / not being able to change the subject line / not having the key words bring messages to the top of the queue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not needing a separate storage system for our incoming messages / answering guests more promptly

What do you like best about the product?
It's so intuitive! This interface is also very user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
If possible, it has so many options. Therefore, it's easy to go down a rabbit hole, fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The timer gives me anxiety when in an active queue. But it also helps to keep me focused.

It may seem overwhelming at first, but the support team is easily accessible, knowledgeable, and attentive.

I can always count on the Sprinklr team to look into any issues we may have. They are very responsive and cover all the bases in our weekly meetings.

A few capabilities aren't there that would be very helpful for us.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to see previous cases, to keep abreast of our previous interactions with a customer. This makes repetitive information something we don't need to ask for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I love the platform. It's easy to learn and use, easy to train new staff on, and easy to work with day in and day out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We seem to solve the high volume of customer interaction we receive. The platform allows us to have multiple users working within the program at a time. We've definitely seen an uptick in customer satisfaction scores.
