What do you like best about the product?
1. You can delegate different permeation to different teams in an organization without giving them full control of the account.
2. Automatic notification about the site on what is been posted.
3. It has the ability to merge duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't access it if you don't have internet connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped our organisation to push through change.

It's the best tool for an organization to push through change because it helps generate fresh ideas for there products.

What do you like best about the product?
All the features that sprinklr offers I love is so easy to program the content. The labeling characteristics help determine the content of better performance and the analytical aspect is very useful. This software is easy to use and easy to customize. Its functions of labeling publications, reports and social listening are incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to use a lot of time for implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problem at the moment.

We have enjoyed using Sprinklr for our social networking needs and it has definitely fulfilled our expectations so it is highly recommended.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most about this platform is that it always maintains a constant growth. Making improvements and offering webinars to help with the most recent features. When the new functions are implemented, they are always configured to be easy to use. Creating multiplatform experience. The configuration of the system and the daily administration are simple and intuitive. The analyzes and reports allow you to deepen what is happening at all levels.
What do you dislike about the product?
What really bothers me is that Instagram direct messages are not currently published and that is a great weakness, it would be very useful if it were solved. It is also difficult to master the UX. It takes a lot of time to get oriented within the tool, it takes a lot of patience, I think there should be training or technical support videos compared to other tools in this category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None to solve for the moment.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it, excellent and powerful tool is ideal for a company with multiple administrators or employees that interact with customers / users of their service. I am sure that it will meet expectations and be satisfied if you decide to obtain it.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that Sprinklr Care has regarding its competence is its user interface that is extremely easy to use and understand, it is enough with little time for people to master their functions. Automatic responses are a strong feature of this application as it significantly reduces response times. detects the positive or negative connotation of the message. the fact of being able to classify the messages on boards is an incredible advantage of this application since the messages can be sorted and responded accordingly in a more optimal way.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I do not like is that you can not configure the automatic responses in a personalized way since you could create multiple answers around the same question and thus make each customer more personal attention to each client, possibly this comes in a paid version or premiun. I think it is the only thing that I do not like about the application, however, because of its facility to interact the automatic answers can be stored in an external file and be placed as it is being answered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interaction with the client became dynamic and practical because the client feels that this is being addressed in a personal way, the team members have been able to reduce their response time and have been able to improve their management indicators when customer service .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend it. It is an ally of customer service and brings you close to the person on the other side of the interface.

What do you like best about the product?
In terms of data export and panel organization, its analysis capacity is stronger than the competition. I also love being able to track the platforms of the social networks of my company through an effective and very simple interface. It is fascinating how easy is the product for the integration of a social channel. Simply amazing how much you do and how easy it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone with little knowledge in this it could be just a little harder to get used to the configuration to create queries and keywords. Depending on your mentions limit, you may not be able to keep track of all the competitors' conversations but it is all a matter of paying attention and practice since it is simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At this time I was very good I do not see the bad and that's why I do not have any kind of problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend it with closed eyes since it is very good its use is simple and the learning is tremendous. It fascinates me and is more powerful and faster than many of its competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
Great user interface. Very easy to navigate and easy to teach to other colleagues. Management is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service and tech support team are hard to reach and take a long time to resolve bugs. It takes a lot of following up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr has reduced our overall customer response time within community management.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr does a great job aggregating from all social platforms and we’ve been able to make customizations to meet our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app doesn’t seem to follow the same structure as the web platform, so I only use it for viewing and go to the web to respond or apply any functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notifications are almost immediate, which allows us to respond quickly. Seemingly endless reporting features enable us to organize and report the metrics that are important to each user group.

What do you like best about the product?
Social media is an important part of companies image now. Sprinklr has given us a way to easily streamline multiple sites while still responding in real time. Our social media team is able to be a 24hr staffed project group that responds to legitimate queries, block spammers or nuisance accounts while also coming up with a system to prioritize messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were auto response options as even for the most mundane questions ut would be less time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to offer another way for multiple departments to be reached 24hrs a day. At times the avg case closing time is fsster than when using our website chat team.

It is sometimes difficult to get to the original message

At Allstate Sprinklr was used to see social media complaints about service and attempt to quickly resolve issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Sprinklr has built-in capabilities to combine different feeds and filter posts by keywords
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how difficult it is to self-service manage our connect - we often have to ask Sprinlkr folks to help us troubleshoot problems we face and that we should be able to solve ourselves, which makes resolution take a lot longer than necessary

We use Sprinklr to manage our social media support function in an efficient manner
