Ease of use across social media

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the software is laid out that I can easily see what tasks I've still got to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any particular aspect that I would complain about with Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us, as a social media team, live access to our social media accounts. We can see who is on a specific task, what step they are on, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to utilize the system and locate interactions between agents and customers to monitor. I love love that it provides information like the time and date of each message sent. The system even detects trigger words in statements to indicate that the customer or agent's message may be positive of negative.
What do you dislike about the product?
i like everything! There isn't anything i found that needs to be improved upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This provides a great way to monitor Social Servicing interactions.

Excellent UI and monitoring/metrics tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Account setup was such that one employee modifying a dashboard could cause issues for everyone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer facing technical support. Sprinklr made task delegation and response history complete nonissues for twitter and facebook engagement

A strong contender for social media engagement and monitoring

The ability to apply macros to posts and also have a large sum of data pulled from varying platforms

The overall interface can be a little more updated

It allows you to communicate with customers in an organized fashion - and/or not respond to customers by labeling as another macro.

What do you like best about the product?
The efficiencies created by the Sprinklr Care Cloud are unmatched. Agents significantly decrease response times and messages are routed to the appropriate teams automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because the roll-out is so custom the deployment is not a one stop shop

Care teams meeting their Service Level Agreements, increased efficiencies in reactive outreach

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is easy to set-up and scalable too. Our advisors enjoys its UI, especially the new Agent console that looks like a regular messaging platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to clean-up previous rules based on conversations, now that we're onto cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engaging with our clients and prospects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Licence model forces you to limit your social teams to advisors well trained, in order to remain cost-effective, but this is probably a good thing!

What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and intuitive. Dashboard is easy to use and understand right off the bat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup is cumbersome because it requires support from their team. Very user-friendly, intuitive setup.ververy

Managing customer service on the platforms can be streamlined and more easily managed by the team, customer I ssues can be delegated and tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create boards with incoming messages from all of our owned social channels. This makes it easy for our social Reps to sort through the messages and respond accordingly.
I also like the dashboards once they are set up, but creating them is cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the initial set up was done on-site through multiple days of identifying the customer's needs plus a showcase of all the features the customer is not even aware of that could benefit their business. For my particular learning preference, I can work more effectively with someone on-site, rather than remote via video conference.
I also wish there was better support for ingesting App Store reviews from Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Amazon App Store. Also, the ability to post into Forums right from Sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to increase the efficiency of our social Reps and we have accomplished that with Sprinklr. The one part we are still working on is to easily pull customer care insights (like dashboards and reports) from all the care related incoming messages. It's taken a long road and lots of effort and support from Sprinklr team but we are close to having something very useful.
