What do you like best about the product?
It helps to get all the complaints of different platforms and one place and simple interface to use. This tool is very helpful in digital customer service in today's business.
What do you dislike about the product?
lags a lot when more cases hit simultaneously and sometimes notifications sections too disappear. Stats page takes time to load sometimes. Sometimes Sprinklr wont work in wifi have to switch to hotspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is helping in solving customer queries in a very tech-savvy and simple interface and due to the tool we feel less pressurised as we can even email the Sprinklr support team for any assistance or changes we need to make according to that brand and process requirement.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr helps to increase our company's productivity.
Sprinklr gives a boon to our business.
It helps to keep an Eye on the Big Picture.
It helps to empower our Customers and provides Excellent Customer Service.
It gives the best analytics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's an occasional bug.
It lags a lot when there is data flow.
It is full of multi features which is good, however, it is confusing for me and takes time to get hold of it.
There are so many options to accomplish a goal it can be difficult to know where to start.
The user interface could be more with graphics and 3D work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr has an amazing UI that makes it easy for me to understand and work. The dark mode is one of the best features I like about Sprinklr, the night shift goes well with less strain on my eyes.
Sprinklr tabs categorization is very smooth and helps to toggle between the tabs easily. It has an amazing notification feature which is lag-free and easy to identify our cases with perfect sound and pop-ups.
The case assignment is very precise and the best feature for me is the auto-save. Whatever I write, it gets saved even if my laptop goes off all of a sudden. It includes a wide range of reporting options. It helps to plan our daily monthly activities & routines.
Customer service is quick to answer our questions. Sprinklr is extremely flexible Reporting is outstanding and covers all our major needs. I have used many tools but Sprinklr is the best among the rest. No doubt Sprinklr beats everyone in the market.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinkler is a good source for business and is useful to increase business.
Sprinkler is a business booster.
Sprinkler brings tremendeous productivity.
It helps to personalise our customer experience.
It reduces our customer service team’s workload.
Tracking brand activities across all platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is comparatively high in price compared to other vendor tools.
Sometimes its too slow and keeps lagging.
It is not that good when its about the customer service help. Difficult to reach out to them.
It is slow to create cases on time.
Takes time for me to get a hang of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is esay to acess and understand the process.
It has a feature called intuition buscket which is very helpful.
The tabs are easy to swich and have many options.
Helps to track the productivty.
The Aux are easily designed to switch as per requirement.
The dark mode feature is also very helpful in night shift and is pleasing to our eyes.
The auto save feature is also amazing as it helps us not to lose upon any data by chance.
The auto pharse suggestions feature in the dialogue box helps me to choose variety of responses with precise grammer.
The aux abbreviations is so nicely allign that it helps to save my breaks and training properly.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is the most user-friendly platform to carry out our daily tasks related to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. It makes work easier for us as everything is accessible from a single platform. Makes our working experience smoother than ever.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no downside of using Sprinklr. Only sometimes, there's a glitch and cases get assigned late. Notifications also come late at times but such glitches are solved instantly and things go back on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since 2+ years, we have been handling the McDonald's social media platforms, i.e. Twitter, Facebook & Instagram via Sprinklr which makes our day-to-day tasks smoother and easier. We haven't faced much issues with Sprinklr since the beginning but if there have been any issues, it has been resolved with ease at all times. The Sprinklr team comes to our help at all times.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is highly useful for multitasking, providing better outcomes to our clients, and improving productivity as a whole. Sprinklr enables us to be extremely engaged in our work while using multiple social media networks on one screen. Unlike some other social solutions that make the same promise, Sprinklr is true enterprise software. Listening, Publishing, Campaign, Management, Content Management, and Social Media (where I work) are just a few of the social media topics that Sprinklr addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the functionality of the Sprinklr Service is limited on mobile devices, it is still usable. The program may be improved further to make it more mobile-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Sprinkler to manage all of our brand's social media channels in one place. The finest advantage is that it helps us manage customer complaints and inquiries in a single tab. We may use features like approval dashboards and report dashboards on a daily basis to monitor the output and caliber of our brand.

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr allows users to manage several social media platforms and digital channels from a single dashboard, which is useful for enterprises with a large online presence. Sprinklr is the best tool I have used so far when it comes to customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sprinklr normally provides customer support, some users have reported that response times might vary, which can be a problem when quick assistance is required. Since it has multiple options it becomes confusing to understand at times. Obtaining a high level of customization inside the platform might be difficult at times, resulting in dissatisfaction for users with specialized workflow requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tier system is well-disturbed and organized when it comes to the workload. Sprinklr has the best user interface ( simple and easy to use and understand ). Sprinker has quite an exciting feature to use according to the shift environments for eg dark mode hence making it exciting to work at all times. The notification panel is so well-designed that it is simple to navigate. It has segregated the tabs in such a way that it can be easier for me to toggle and multitask.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used many tools in my previous organizations but, by far Sprinklr is the best. Sprinklr helps the business to grow.
Sprinklr makes the business sorted to connect your customers feedback from social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram & Facebook. It makes it easier to reply to customers and bifurcate the feedbacks as per the sentiment of the case by using simple tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr needs fast internet or it lags. Sprinklr gets hanged most of the time where the flow of cases is more. Sometimes the available aux turn to unavailable after the period of 40 minutes which actually is a drawback due to the auto changing of the aux. Sometimes it takes a longer time to reflect on cases. Sprinklr is not cost effective hence not everyone can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The options of different tabs on one screen help us monitor and work on different tabs with simple clicks. The dark mode feature in the night shift makes it easier for me to complete the long tiring shift. Cases that get published on social media platforms notification helps us to track the number of responses. The tier system makes the team well organized in terms of case distribution and tasks. I'm not a multi-tasker, but Sprinklr helps me to be one. The auto-save feature of Sprinklr is the best among all the othe features.
