Sprinklr is our core communication platform, all incoming and outbound interactions/cases are housed in sprinklr.

Everything is in one place - metrics, scheduling, ambassador program

It's not intuitive. Creating a custom metrics report should be easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Very customizeable and has all the capabiltities/functionality you need to scale
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX can be overwhelming (they have made steps to adjust this)

Being able to address social care inbounds from hundreds of different accounts in one envrioment and in one uniform process.

Long Wait Times and A Lot of Software Bugs

What do you like best about the product?
I like the additional features that other platform ads managers do not offer - like the ability to build ads across multiple ad accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading times are incredibly slow...I'm not sure it even saves a ton of time because of the slow loading times. There are always bugs and issues - like statuses not being updated, incorrect dates being applied after duplicating, ads being turned on/off that had a different status originally. It takes a ton of time to QA and is made even more frustrating with the long load times.

Sprinklr - The Social Media Tool That Can Do it All

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features about Sprinklr is the fact that everything is granular and can be almost customized to your liking. There's a lot of customizability within the dashboards, metrics, and etc. so you can tinker with them to suit your needs. It's a very robust tool that can do a multitud of things to suit your needs, and in my case social media needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one downside of Sprinklr is that it's not as intuitive as one would like, it's a somewhat complex tool that requires you to do the Sprinklr courses (which I wish there was a lot more of) to have a firm grasp on. There's also Sprinklr forums and a "knowledge portal" where you can read hundreds of articles on just about every feature on the platform. Sometimes those help, but other times I ask our rep for assistance with whatever is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr is assisting us with our social media customer needs by consolidating eveything into one central hub as opposed to having to do it on multiple.

I beliveve the most helpful thing about Sprinklr is having access to unlimited content to be able to post onto my social media pages as a Recutier

I think it can be confusing at times for newer users but oncve you find everything its great!

It has helped resovle any compliance issues with making sure I say and do the right things

What do you like best about the product?
Sprinklr is a powerful tool that gives us the ability to manage hundreds of Facebook pages. With its distributed features we can create templates and manage posts from all of our field teams. When comparing other companies, Sprinklr had more power when working with many locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprinklr builds your dashboards from the ground up. This means they are very focused on your needs, but sometimes it can take awhile to get things running properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're working to help us fix our issue with spam posts which will save time and lessen the risk of our field users clicking on spam links.

What do you like best about the product?
I am an end user of your platform, essentially just a grunt worker. Corporations are certainly satisfied because they manage everything in one place, but overall, it is incredibly cumbersome.
What do you dislike about the product?
It looks as if your boss knows some CEO and got a long-term contract, so things are happening and developing, but slowly. Why rush, since the contract is signed? I usually have more problems with your platform than any convenience. But, I'm just a nobody.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It's system on another system.
