What do you like best about the product?
1:1 interaction during platform development and implementation. The follow-up of the support team to solve doubts and adapt Sprinklr to our needs. The amount and types of reports included, with extensive information about our accounts and handles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The language and terminology used in Sprinklr vary a little from those used in other programs. The learning process to use the platform was long due to the wide range of features that Sprinklr has, but the support of the customer service and Success team was a great help in understanding them better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps me to make a concentration of the most relevant topics that are communicated in our cases through inbox. It reports the first response and resolution times of the cases. In addition, it highlights other relevant metrics of the engament of our fanpages.

What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Sprinklr insights daily has significantly enhanced my overall professional work experience. It's incredibly user-friendly, offers versatile features, and provides exceptional customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
While I generally appreciate the platform, I could do without the frequent updates to the user interface. Additionally, the implemented hyperspace feature doesn't quite appeal to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Th Help Desk and the Knowledge Portal have been an easy and userfriednly way for me to get all of my Sprinklr queries answered.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use to boost engagement and remain compliant. A one-stop shop for all of the different social media outlets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial connection of accounts was slightly tricky but after reviewing the step-by-step instructions was able to get everything set up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency across platforms and staying organized with planning engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
As a social media manager, I love being able to post to multiple platforms at once. I'm making at least 20 posts per day, so optimizing a story for Facebook, X, Instagram, and Threads all at once—on one screen, too— is super easy. I also love that you can see a real-time mockup of what your posts will look like on the right-hand side as you're building them. Sprinklr's implementation of verifying tagged users is super helpful, too. Customer support is pretty reliable. Sometimes I can be helped over the phone; Other times, I'm asked to email Sprinklr's tech team.
What do you dislike about the product?
When building Instagram photo carousels, I wish Sprinklr gave you the ability to drag around the order of your photos. Currently, after you upload your images and crop them how you would like, if you want to change the order of the images, it's a pain point to delete all the images and re-upload and crop. I wish Sprinklr would also integrate a reply feature on Threads, like it has with X.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service helped me create a master dashboard to customize my analytics. I use these analytics to present weekly presentations to my team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Sprinklr is how easy it is to schedule out posts on the various platforms in advance, so I do not have to be working on a holiday or after hours to get a post out there. There is also the handy Smart feature for deciding when best to post, so that my post can get the most visibility when first pushed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am unable to use the editing features from the platforms before posting, so everything must be made and edited before uploading to sprinklr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr helps keep everything organized, and I can see exactly when and where my posts are going out to, as well as all of their analytics.
