What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of being able to manage multiple cases at once. When working on special campaigns Sprinklr makes it easy to macro them to the correct area. Also, I enjoyed the customer sentiment ratings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates can be slow to come in when there are issues and certain permissions needed to be able to work sufficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing customer sentiment for brand purposes. It allows us to help grow and retain customers in our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The simple design and fast response is what make it a good service and the feature that sprinkler offering is is good and it allow us to provide the best customer support to our customers

There is nothing that I don't like about speaking of service it provide all the needed for my work and nothing less

Customer can reach us easily and we respond to him in a matter of seconds

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to manage social media listening, marketing campaigns, and customer service all in one place. This saves time to move around the different platforms, providing a more holistic view of your customer interactions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be expensive, especially for small businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to get more customer insights,social listening tools to track brand mentions, analyze customer sentiment, and understand how people perceive your products or services. This data can help you identify areas for improvement and develop more targeted marketing campaigns.

Lot of bugs, but saves time

What do you like best about the product?
When it is bug free, I like how it saves my time. It is easy to use once you learn how. You can use it for different platforms. Great for every day use. Also, moderation can be checked via Sprinklr and tags. The support service is great. Implementation easy. Integration is fine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Weird bugs occur which complicates my work. I use it every day, the bugs happen every two weeks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can plan the content for all of my platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, with a practical and clean design, agile and easy to manage, using it daily since it has everything pretty well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel there is anything, but I would like to see more display options added to the main panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently everything is correct, in the past they did profile improvements to facilitate the management.

What do you like best about the product?
Blended webchat and phone calls help bring the work queue down.
What do you dislike about the product?
The adviser view for what advisers are availible and what teams have spare advisers is not accurate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It blends the webchat and call queue so you get assigned whatever needs to be done next. Previous system did not do this and people could sit waiting on webchat for a chat to be assigned for hours

What do you like best about the product?
I can do all of my important tasks via the platform directly. Pretty easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many bugs and mistakes, especially regarding numbers for reporting (does not always synchronize with the social media platforms)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprinklr Service was not able to solve any of my problems yet...

Custom metrics, Reporting dashboards, Permission-based platform allows very good control of what one or other can see and do, very good support
What do you dislike about the product?
too many features, you never know what the platform can actually do, sometimes something really support questions takes a long time to solve

My company uses sprinklr as its main CRM, its trough there that all Email, chat, whatsapp and Voice communications with our clients happen
