Great Tool & friendly support
What do you like best about the product?
Fraud Blocker is a great tool for my client who gets an overwhelming amount of fraudulent clicks from their competitors. Depending on the market, competitors are either more agressive or following the unspoken rules. However, there is little one can do if the competiton is hiring specialazied click farms. Gladly, we can now eliminate them step by step with Fraud Blocker. Also the support was great throughout the process - answering quickly & thoroughly explaining everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first we started with the monitoring mode to famailiarize ourselves with the tool - the sliders tha indicated whether the IP ad. got blocked moved towards "autom. blocked" although we were in monitoring mode. They obviously did not get blocked but it was confusing - the support took notice and is working on it :)
Also the difference between the IP ad. in the "fraud score" tab vs. those in the "report" tab wasnt quite clear for me.
I would wish there would also be more expenation on what basis the individual fraud categories get detemined, eg. how is the category "exessive clicks" defined exactly ?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting rid of fraudulent trafic from our cometitors who most likely hired a click farm to exhaust our google ads daily budget.

Fraud Blocker = Blocks PPC Fraud Clicks = Win for All
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful? The entire product, pricing, and support.
The product rivals VC backed competitors for a significantly reduced price.
We're also seeing more robust features that stay true to the exact issues being solved - blocking fraudulent clicks. There's no need to add ancillary services that may or may not benefit the end goal. Simply blocking fraud is what we need, and that is exactly what we get.
Easy install, as expected. Drop the Fraud Blocker code into your site (or Google Tag Manager) and off it goes. Light code install so you're not bogged down by a horrendous amount of callbacks and cookie load.
New features are innovating the space. Our latest favorite is the GeoIP blocking at an account level. Even though our campaigns are restricted to certain Geo's, traffic used to sneak in from the ad platform. The new GeoIP block adds another layer of targeting protection.

Wish the reporting could get more granular. Would love to see things on a campaign level.
As a digital marketing agency, we would also like to have more aggregate reporting. Even the ability to share IP blocking across all of our clients.
However, the client/domain dashboard does have easy to snippet and drop into a slide deck style info. Just would be nice if there were some sort of dummy-proof export capability.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Running PPC ads for the good part of the last 20 years, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of paid traffic. Click fraud is always at the top of our list of things to minimize when spending $$ on our client campaigns. We've used Clickcease for years and have had mixed results. As part of our due diligence, we decided to try Fraud Blocker.
The product is clean and effective. The price is right on point. We have saved over $6k in the last 30 days for our clients by blocking fraudulent clicks. No joke, it pays for itself in less than 30 days.

Very Good Solution to Fraudulent Clicks
What do you like best about the product?
Click fraud has been quite a problem for me, with a lot of spammy and bot clicks from Google Ads. Fraud Blocker provided me with a solution that is very simple to set up and that works very well.
It was very easy to install, it really only took a few clicks to add code to tag manager and connect Google Ads account. Within 2 days of operating, it reported enough fraud and got me enough refund money from Google to pay back the cost of their month's subscription, and blocked many fraudulent IP addresses seamlessly. The whole setup is very easy and it basically operates on a "set it and forget it" mode.
Their team was also very helpful, got on a call with me, helped explain more how their tool works, showed me the fraud it already blocked, and even recommended additional security measures to add to my site to combat click fraud - they really wanted to help me combat the fraud problem on my landing pages, going beyond just helping with their tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I really like everything. One thing I suggested they do is to add a good onboarding video explaining things better to a new client on the tool. Their support team really gave me a great overview on the call, and it would be even better if they had it recorded in a standard video instantly accessible to new clients.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their tool detects fraudulent clicks very well, flagging up bots very seamlessly. It then reports the fraud clicks to Google, getting Google to refund me money for fraud clicks, and also blocks all fraudulent IP addresses. In the first 2 days of running it saved me more expense in fraud prevention than their monthly subscription cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Saves tons of money by stopping garbage and fraudulent ad clicks. And when I needed some help understanding my dashboard, I called and got great 1-on-1 help.

It's great so far. I would like to see a more obvious signal that my ads are connected correctly.

So many bots are wasting advertisers' money - this product eliminates that waste and quickly covers its cost.
It Lives Up To Its Name
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the product aids users in monitoring their IP. There are many exciting features, too, such as: Blacklisting, Device Fingerprinting, Click Frequency, and Geolocation Tracking. I have tried many of these while using the 14-day free trial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The packages are expensive, although the price is understandable since Fraud Blocker provides many unique features. I would probably purchase one of the packages once I am more financially stable.

Fraud Blocker's service is phenomenal because it aids me in avoiding fraudulent websites that may harm my computer. Also, there are options to block certain malicious IP addresses. This service also fights most advertisements as well.
A great fraud blocking service at an affordable price
What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it’s a great service for the money. Fraud Blocker lowered the percent of invalid clicks in my Google Ads account and I saw a substantial improvement with my ad performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was unable to see the amount of fraud that was being blocked at the campaign level; it only blocked bad clicks across all my campaigns. This wasn’t a major issue since I still saved money, but something that may have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m receiving a TON of fake phone calls from my call campaigns on Google Ads. In many cases, my phone doesn’t even ring and I’m still charged for the CPC click. I think my competitors were causing this so I signed with Fraud Blocker and they blocked their IPs so my ads wouldn’t show up on their phones and computers. I very quickly saw an improvement in my phone quality.
A simple service that provides a big impact
What do you like best about the product?
Their platform was very easy to set up and connect to Google Ads. It’s also clear how much money we’re saving by blocking bots and other bad clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to say exactly since it’s a pretty straight-forward service and it’s working for us. Perhaps connecting with other services we use such as Bing Ads or Facebook would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a number of ad campaigns with unusual traffic patterns and terrible conversion rates. Once we learned about ad fraud we starting shopping for a platform to use and signed up for Fraud Blocker. It was very affordable and we saw an immediate improvement in the quality of users we received for our Google Ads campaigns.
They greatly reduced my ad fraud and improved my campaign performance. Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Their service connected directly to my Google Ads account and updated invalid IPs automatically. This enabled me to focus on managing my campaigns knowing their software was removing the bad sources in the background. They also had a great free trial and a lower monthly price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
They do a great job with the transparency of their data, however, providing more details on why a specific IP address was considered a robot would be helpful. Ultimately, our campaign performance was improved, so their solution appeared to work and I’d recommend them to other advertisers.

We receive fake leads coming on a regular basis and this service helped reduce those significantly, saving us time and money.

What do you like best about the product?
Fraud Blocker helps me to block the sites which makes me click the unwanted ads.

Not all the ads are blocked by FraudBlocker.
