What do you like best about the product?
Consistency, great connection have never dropped calls or had any issues with recordings!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike about this brand, easy to use and not updating during production hours like a lot of other products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
customer service inbound and outbound!

What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to use, and the quality is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't dislike at the moment, the product is awesome and should keep it like this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am contacting my business partners which are not in the state fast and easy, and therefore solving important stuff.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend this product to everything. It is really easy to use, it is stable to make calls through and has awesome tracking service.

Great, Functional Features

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk's categories make customer interaction so easy. I can sort tickets in tons of different categories to find exactly what I need. The interface enables quick replies to customer's questions. It's also flexible, so if there are any issues with categories that are specific to our needs, we can make changes to ticket sorting and categorizing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had issues with the callbar extension not letting me log in. I emailed the Talkdesk support team and they were able to walk me through some steps. However, no one else on my team had issues that persisted like that, so it's not common.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to interact with our customers more often and with better service. The system can be altered to reflect our needs as a team. It's easy to pass along tickets, link tickets together, or pass to other agents.

Transfer functionality is awesome! It used to be difficult to use, but they've made some great improvements!

Wish I could change the ring on a user to user basis

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to see info from customers makes them feel like you care and know what's going on
What do you dislike about the product?
It says "fetching data" and wont let you answer the call occasionally
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tech support issues. We use it to pull up their account info. It helps the call go quicker because most of the time we are able to pull up the correct account info of the customer before we even answer the call.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should use it, it's great!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has a friendly call bar with just a few options. Very easy to read the results too.
What do you dislike about the product?
you need a very good connection, if not, with wifi is not working properly and, at the other side of the line, the hear you interrupted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
counting time of calls, calls register and record. It is very easy to check the results and to understand them

What do you like best about the product?
Not sure about others, but Talkdesk has a lot of features that actually come in handy in most of the times. Very user-friendly, easy to maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system would glitch out of not showing any incoming call, when there, in fact, are inbound calls coming in. Could be internet issue instead, not entirely sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy to trace back the call logs, which comes in handy dealing with certain situations.

What do you like best about the product?
The Reporting screen is very effective and helps to manage resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Times out sometimes to update. Apart from that, it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in customer service and it helps me to monitor the available resources so that we can allocate them accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Talkdesk shows every aspect of an agent's productivity. You can always see what is going on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Talkdesk can be glitchy at times (i.e. dropped/missed calls), but that is dependent on the location it is being used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talkdesk has multiple benefits, one that is listed under "What do you like best?" Another one would be that the call quality is really good for the most part.

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can organize different call groups to streamline customers to appropriate call groups.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes call prioritization seems to be a bit off.

Great way to allow communication quickly and easily.
