What do you like best about the product?
Great quality. Great connect and user friendly.

Great connect and also good customer feedback and always use friendly and amazing application for closing so Many sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Number change needed frequently.

Connect are sometimes poor with lack of connectivity, also we need to frequently change the numbers due to lack of connect and spam number's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Talktime , sales and connect is solved majority of times. Best application to work on dialling from mobile application and also user friendly it is with maximum result

What do you like best about the product?
I like Talkdesk because the connection is secure and fast. The quality of the call is excellent and with minimum call drop. Continue to give the best and all the best for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes from my side. Keep up the great work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The call bar is available on the same page and there is no need to switch between the Tabs for calling. Also, the best part is that we have the support of the TD mobile app with which we are able to call the customers without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to connect, and the UI is simple to use. The number keypad and the settings in the call bar are the added feature to simplify its use. The sound quality is excellent and the recorded playback is very clear and audible on both ends, which enhances the user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel there is nothing I dislike about the product. The call bar is simplified and connects quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Faster connectivity, and simplified UI which removes the hassle of a manual.

What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk remains my #1 option due to its dependability, high call quality, user-friendliness, and integral role in my workflow. Understanding how the program operates is not tricky. The program is relatively simple, and controlling call flows is logical and clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time required to research and collect the necessary data is a challenge for me. It occasionally becomes unresponsive when attempting to view the results or request to access the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can communicate with folks from around the world and stay in touch with people. I can continue working without pausing for anything else. I can contact folks when they are engaged in other activities. The sound is crisp, and the user interface is intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this is that it has helped us to increase our CSAT. It is user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike about this tool. It has been the best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us to save the cost. It needs to add the option of conference calls.

It helps us generate accurate reports amd gives us transparent network. Gives us access to all reports

There are times when we face call drop and this impacts our C-Sat scores. Does not give options for conference

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to monitor the status of CX representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can extract all of the reports, however, sometimes it takes time to download or generate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us monitor the calls between customers and CX representatives. Like duration or handling time to meet our Service Level.

What do you like best about the product?
The design is user-friendly, For both Incoming and outgoing calls.
The pop-up for incoming calls is very cool.
The connectivity for outbound calls is high, and there are no issues with the dialling app.
Also, the central part is that we have a plug-in to click on the number, and it would directly dial than tying or copying the number.
I love TD.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say about it.
Just that if we could send messages and receive them, we probably didn't have that function on our TD.
Sometimes there is a lag in dialling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There was an issue of call dropping, but with the last update, the problem has been solved, and now it dials perfect and works best compared to other applications.
