What do you like best about the product?
Users particularly value OpsBridge's capacity to combine data from several sources and present a single, comprehensive picture of an organization's IT infrastructure. This facilitates the prompt identification and resolution of problems by IT teams, minimising downtime and enhancing overall IT operations performance.

OpsBridge also gives IT teams the ability to proactively identify potential issues and take corrective action before they worsen. These advanced analytics capabilities include machine learning and AI. This helps to increase IT efficiency and minimise the workload on IT employees.

The adaptability and scalability of OpsBridge are further benefits. It is the perfect answer for businesses with complex and varied IT environments since it can be readily integrated with other IT tools and technologies. Also, it is ideal for little businesses as well as larger ones and can scale to meet their demands.

Users often like OpsBridge's extensive features since they make IT operations simpler and raise the efficacy and efficiency of IT teams as a whole.
What do you dislike about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
The environment it has is very user friendly which makes every action clear and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the daylight changes of Munich timing, the timing differed while placing servers in maintenance mode.

Alert incident creation, alert suppression, server suppression, server maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
Micro Focus Ops Bridge's biggest strength is AI monitoring and analysis from events from different sources.
Also it has features for google cloud platform that is also very helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
The main issue with the product is it removed dependency from Java Technology and the user interface is very complex even for experienced resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product is very effective for AI monitoring and analysis. In new release it has added with some new features which can solve a lots of business problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its one of the best product for Monitoring but the team should pay attention on User interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Micro focus operation bridge is one for the best product for AI monitoring and analysis. Besides that it provide synchronization with CMDB
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the user interface . It is not up to the mark and way more complex for a less experience users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have mainly used this suite for Monitoring and analysis for my application

The product is good with its performance but the team should improve the user interface.

we need to have database software licenses for OpsBridge. And user interface is not up to mark.

What do you like best about the product?
This tools is so easy to configure, simple user interface, automation for most of the alert that can bring the environment down. Reporting and alerting is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cross platform support is bit problematic and support is time consuming.

Server system monitoring, environmental monitoring,application performance monitoring. Reporting of tools and systems

What do you like best about the product?
Fully automated monitoring is the best part along with easy and smooth configuration. This is highly reliable with lovely performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI could be better and flexible. This could be more efficient to the end user for their daily uses to handle the tool. So expect more user friendly User interface for next release onward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool is basically for monitoring, so we can check the best performance monitoring of the resources , automation service and ease recovery process with this tool.

Recommendation is expecting much more user friendly GUI to use this product more popular and flexible to all.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use easy to configure. Fault tolerant system with very less down time. Reliable and super smooth monitoring. Great support provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me the user interfaces is Little bit complex and laggy. This can be even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
System and server monitoring, environmental monitoring. Server uptime monitoring, site scope monitoring.

What do you like best about the product?
In addition to consolidating performance data and metrics from multiple domain-focused collectors, OBR also collects and collates specific information on the relationships between the IT elements and the business services.
What do you dislike about the product?
it cannot be used for cross platform monitoring, integration with third party software's like Service Now, CLIP etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been monitoring all aspects of our systems. We have also configured capacity report scheduling in OBR.
Main issues comes with user interface. User interface is not user friendly. Best part of the product is the performance.
