What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Awesome interface. Great support from the team.

I am yet to find a drawback. May be the cross platform usage should have more enhanced.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped to increase my focus time for sure. I am able to keep track of and monitor my daily activities, which sharpens my time management skills. I love that I am able to customize my dashboard to reflect the tools I utilize most often.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the dashboard could use a little more work. i also dislike how you have to purchase more tools in order to complete the tasks needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to get our renewals our more efficiently and proactively. Helps us to keep up with daily activity and to monitor specific contracts. Very easy user face as well.

This tool is very much reliable and easy to use. This is the best cost efficient tool that you can get. The ease of operations has made this tool acceptable to all the administrators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of this tool is that it cannot be used for cross platform monitoring.

This tool is used for monitoring all systems across DC.

We can monitor like every aspects of our system through Operation Bridge, be it service monitoring or process monitoring or os level monitoring.

Limitation in customizing the reports in Operation Bridge Reporter

We have been monitoring all aspects of our systems. We have also configured capacity report scheduling in OBR.
