Best Open-Source Monitoring System.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this tool to create the dashboard and Monitor our sources with the best view of graphs with Grafana. Also, we have set up alerts which keep our monitoring strong. As open sources, we can customise as per our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced any challenges with Grafana

The benefit of using the grafana, as mentioned, is open sources which help us customise based on our needs.

I like that there are sections I can access for specific information such as account search, wallet history, purchase history and I can also filter the dates and even the timezone
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each section that can be accessed has to be accessed at a different window, I feel like it would be best if all these things can be accessed without opening a new tab each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems and different problems for different queries. I am able to review account information I need to answer my players efficiently with all the information necessary.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interactive visualization features such as charts, graphs, and alerts for the web when connected to supported data sources. Also, the KPI param can be created for our custom usage and monitor the activities for prod application alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited data type visualizations such as count, numbers and time duration. This can be improved and allow the users to add more customized dashboards for their needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grafana to monitor my Spring application health by exposing metrics to Prometheus and then to the Grafana, Also created Kafka metrics and custom graphs for my needs.

- There is no proper customer support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Grafana to monitor the data traffic and network node status. It shows the real-time links and affected customers with color representation. Readability was good. In one glance, the data can be viewed.
Grafana. Indispensable Grafana
What do you like best about the product?
The first and primary function of Grafana for me is the delivery of real-time metrics. Even a fast glance into its dashboards lets me estimate our product performance and conduct quick investigations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes advantages become drawbacks. In order to edit some table or graph, I used to ask my colleagues if they could help create the SQL query. Editor mode isn't much more convenient than query mode. The improvement of this feature could make Grafana more useful for users who are not so familiar with SQL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grafana helps me to monitor our product performance. We can easily find any Prod operations incidents. Early and in-time Grafana alerts let us minimize our losses.

able to view member accounts and deatils, pull daily reports, and add or make any adjustment to member profile, filtering information and also viewing multiple player accounts under a different email address

the only issue is having to scroll across instead of having a one-page view of the information and not beaing able to edit member registered information to match documents received
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
issues we are able to solve in grafana are bonus abuser multiple account abuser and being able to see entire profile information and what restrictions are on this account and paying players

excellent application that will be able to be modified and linked to many different applications under an other umbrella and can be used for a lot of other tasks
Best tool for application infrastructure monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing that I like in Grafana tool is that it provide best statistical data for all infrastructure level of monitoring for an application hosted. We can have better tracking of CPU usage or storage availablity stats available with liveness data which make it more feasible to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing that I dislike is that sometime i feel that there is some lag between live data which is one of the cons. Remaining other is nice for this tool and can have all monitoring in one place for infrastructure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grafana tool provide best level of statistics for all infrastructure level of monitoring and also show live data for monitoring. It help us to have outage monitoring which shows application availability.

Powerful monitoring and reporting tool when used with Prometheus
What do you like best about the product?
I am just starting out evaluating it and have used the AWS Grafana Managed Service. I like the integration with Prometheus and the visualization of promql queries
What do you dislike about the product?
The AWS version only supports alerting as a function of the query. I think this has been addressed in the latest version. Panels can be complex to configure for newbs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are looking to monitor a mixture of AWS instances and on-prem machines for our IaaS offering for troubleshooting, SLA compliance and reporting. It is not in production yet
A Simple and yet effective tool for monitoring and visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The User experience that grafana provide is very simple and yet it provides us all the features that we require for visualization and monitoring. We have lot of options in graphs and figures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating grafana with other products is a complex task. It should be made easy with the well-documented processes so that users like us can take and integrate without any trouble.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it to monitor our server utilization and efficiency. We have lot of different dashboards that monitor different aspects of our server and user. Its very useful to see and analyze.
Grafana: The Great Visualization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grafana is a great tool for visualization of matrics coming from different sources like Prometheus, Loki, InfluxDB, etc. We can visualize metrics in multiple formats like graphs, logs, charts, and many others. It's an open-source tool that can be run self-host on the cloud or can be used on Grafana instances. Grafana also provides a free tier plan which is more than enough for most of the projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is something to dislike about Grafana but I would recommend allowing using some major plugin integration with the free or self-hosted plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logs are the basic requirement of every team working on a web application. Grafana is helping us to put the logs from multiple sources on a single dashboard. It also allows us to put monitoring and alerting mechanisms on the basis of those logs.
