Grafana for monitoring system
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see multiple data points on a single screen, with ability to setup granular alerting rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert management and tracking not upto the mark.

SErvice provide by grafana Dashboard helps to make system stable and up.

UI is not user friendly It can be improved in explore screen

It helps me to monitor my system, its usage disk space resources status and also I can see my applications log.

What do you like best about the product?
We can add alerting on the logs exceptions in grafana and add any media to receive that error log as an alert, and we are using squadcast for central alerting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently we faced an issue while writing the query to fetch the logs either from Loki or other sources it always shows an error, we updated the grafana version as well, but still, it is not resolved. It is very frustrating sometime.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily see the application or Kubernetes pod logs over the grafana UI using the promtail. This is a time saver for the support team to check the logs even without access to Kubernetes clusters. That increase the security of cluster as well.
Grafana: a very good alternative to costly real-time dashboard solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Grafana is able to connect to almost anything with a database (or other data structures) and create some impressive (and real-time) charts and tables. And it is able to do so while being free and open source, unlike other options. This tool that has been used to monitor the health of systems, servers, instances and more can be used to show real-time data from a db.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some limits to the queries and the learning curve for how to parse the data can be a little tricky. It could be better if some commonly-used functions and cross-variable references.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are testing out Grafana to see if it is a viable option for displaying Jira ticket information in a dashboard, instead of inside of Jira Service Center, which would incur a license fee for everyone who would need to view it. It looks like this would be a real cost-saving option.

Monitoring now is straightforward
All info can be placed in one place/dashboard
In case you miss something - an Alert can be sent to your slack channel
Color is everything... along you don't have red color in your dashboard, you can be sure your system is ok

Best Open-Source Monitoring System.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using this tool to create the dashboard and Monitor our sources with the best view of graphs with Grafana. Also, we have set up alerts which keep our monitoring strong. As open sources, we can customise as per our needs.

I like that there are sections I can access for specific information such as account search, wallet history, purchase history and I can also filter the dates and even the timezone
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each section that can be accessed has to be accessed at a different window, I feel like it would be best if all these things can be accessed without opening a new tab each time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems and different problems for different queries. I am able to review account information I need to answer my players efficiently with all the information necessary.
