Subtle and Best in use

What do you like best about the product?
the best thing about using Amplitude is that its user interface is easy to use which makes it less complicated also it has n number of features to show our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if somehow we can merge two or more than two charts so that sometimes if we need to compare any data in a single table then it can be done easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Amplitude to find out the number of users who are landing and then doing certain activities for my firm. By using a funnel I can get the number of users who are doing a sequence of activities and by retention, I can get the number of users who are coming back to our platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Certain size clients get reps to talk to. They are great for consultation and great for beginners. Intuitive and easy to get a hang of.
What do you dislike about the product?
In B2B, would love to be able to segment by client and create restricted view permissions for commercial teams. I know Amplitude's goal is to get to data democratization and in more legacy companies, that will be the difference between everyone using it versus the use being limited to PM teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is king. Enables PM teams to be analytical and data-driven in their decision making and in measuring success.

The UI is quite simple. The charts/UI load very fast. The UX is good

There should be some way to show data on a Map.

Amplitude is worth the trouble

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude helps us to answer the questions that we have about our product and our audience. One of the things I like the most is how easy it is to do funnel analysis and understand where our users struggle the most.
Also, the documentation is great for both developers and product people alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides as far as I'm concerned. Until now, we were able to answer all the questions we had about the product and our users. It did take some time for the developers to learn and understand some best practices to implement it, but now it just works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps us to understand where our users struggle the most and where UX opportunities are. For example, we were able to identify several improvements in our registration process for business owners and saw our completion rate increase drastically.

What do you like best about the product?
The retention and stickness graphs help me a lot understand the user and if my users are using my tool as they suppose to be using it

I wish I could use theevents propoerties the same way I use events

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Amplitude in our B2B SaaS startup since our pre-launch days in 2017 and it is the only product usage analytics tool that we have kept since. The flexibility of analytics, the ease of building charts to answer almost any question, and the ability to edit events and their properties is nothing short of amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled a bit with how spaces and dashboards are structured. But, given the fact that we never had to do any training or even read the docs for Amplitude, that means the simplicity vs the power of the tool is simply amazing - it's the only hiccup we ever had :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to monitor adoption per customer account, validate solutions for hard-to-pinpoint performance problems, create better product hypotheses, and track our North Star metric for product usage. This allows us to build a better product and make sure our customers use the features we ship.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a lot interesting insights in the usage of your product, although there is a learning curve. Great for experimentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a bit to set up correctly and requires development effort.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to look into usage and patterns to better understand the users and determine the product development direction. Allows to set up experiments to validate ideas.

Best product to grow your critical metrics using data.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and speed with which most of the analysis could be done. 95% of the answers we need, can be found using Amplitude. Since we have started using it, we have never really thought about using any other product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were given a start-up plan for a year and could use almost all the features. But it was rolled back without any prior notice. It would be great if Amplitude stuck to its promise and restart our start-up plan effective immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to find answer to almost any question we get about,
1. Retention
2. Engagement
3. CAC
4. Cohorts
5. User Composition
6. Weekly Life Cycles
7. Personnas.
8. Path Finder is just too good to be true.

Amplitude is helping us better understand the journies our users are taking with the products, helping us visualize their behaviour then scale, group and cohort behaviours to understand trends, opportunities and problems. It's aso great for keeping the team involved and apprised of KPIs and metrics we're tracking with the easy reports and subscriptions.
