Amplitude is a wonderful analytics tool, with easy chart-building and sharable dashboards.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to switch between funnels and segmentation is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
When funneling, user paths can be very vague, especially when looking into alternate paths that users have taken.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the removal of Facebook Analytics, Amplitude has been great for tracking user experiences.
Amplitude helps out teams to understand user sessions and improve our application.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we can integrate it with our application and ease of viewing customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes struggle to create charts but it is nothing too hard to figure out with some tinkering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can view application data very easily and now we can understand user behaviour much much better

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude makes it easy to monitor trends in specific metrics and dig deeper as needed. My favorite is the dashboards and the ability to click into them to adjust.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude's interface takes a bit of time to get used to. And if you don't know how your organization's data is set up, it becomes challenging to surface the right data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to surface insights and analyze product data.
Amplitude very simply helps our team to identify and pull data on all user types using our product!

Ability to identify specific cohorts of users and understand data associated with that group.

Resources to better understand how to dig into data.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features of Amplitude for me are the Event Segmentation and Funnel features. We use the funnel feature to understand exactly at what step my users drop-off and to determine what we can do to catch them back. User properties help us customize this analysis as much as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
When looking at cross-event conversion in funnels I can't select more than 90 days. In some cases, this may prevent me from making accurate analyzes. Similarly, the maximum period we can choose for time to convert in funnel is 90 days, which limits us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When necessary, we can observe the movements of our general users with Pathfinder, and when necessary, a specific user on the Event Stream side. Thus, when a specific user has a problem, we can see what steps he followed in Amplitude. Or, with Pathfinder, we can see how users experience the app and make a general inference. Amplitude allows us to develop a user-specific product.

Easy to use report builders and filter functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude fulfills majority of needs for analytics integration with other platforms like SFDC, Braze, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying trends and patterns in our communications to patients, as well as their engagement.
The tool is incredibly useful to quickly get insights from your funnels
What do you like best about the product?
The powerful analytical tools give the user the possibility of discovering key insights to improve the product that they are managing. Additionally, you can share dashboards across the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards are not at the level of power bi o tableau. This causes that the company imports the amplitude data and re-process it again to have the information in one source of truth
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of calculating, cohorts and behaviors of the users of an app. The difficulty in analyzing a specific cohort of app users in a determined timeframe.

What do you like best about the product?
Dynamic analytics that is easily shared within the team. Charts are interactive and allow for further customization after being shared without messing up the original version.
What do you dislike about the product?
We typically have long labels for the metrics we use according to certain naming conventions. The tooltip design makes it nearly impossible to differentiate even slightly longer labels from each other, which makes reading the charts a guessing game and frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us track and learn user behavior metrics to make product improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create a multitude of graphs whenever needed. Easily work with data, save & duplicate existing charts, and view other team members' charts. Great tutorials.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit slow when working with large data sets. Has trouble with making multiple actions within quick succession.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Find metrics that drive user growth and other aspects easily by managing different charts and having access to real-time data. Through chart analysis, make informed decisions relating to possible changes.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude's UI makes it easy to navigate through various data sets and it is intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the configuration to see metrics and results is a little confusing, especially for non researchers.
