Amazing analytics platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create dashboards and navigate through different items.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times there is a lag in getting realtime data and updating the charts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since the time we started using amplitude, it has been a game-changing for us. So easy to monitor user data, perform analysis and better our product.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Amplitude makes it easy for team members without technical data background to extract meaningful insight quickly. This is extremely helpful for the team to make data-driven decision.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is pretty barebone, which allows team members to extract fundamental insight quickly. However, it's not as intuitive if you would like to look a layer deeper to extract more granular insight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a marketer, it enables the team to see the impact and outcome of the marketing campaigns very quickly in real-time. That's super helpful so we can do reporting and share success and learning quickly.
Great tool and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to instrument our products and track how users are using our site. Also easy to test via the Amplitude chrome extension tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular at the moment. As a developer it has been easy to work with Amplitude thus far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At what point are users getting disinterested? What features are popular and which aren't? What should we remove or iterate further on?
Amplitude for measuring success or failure.
What do you like best about the product?
The configurability and flexibility. We get a lot of information we need to track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the UI. Someone who purely into data analysis and setup would probably figure their way through it better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It tells us the success and issues with our product through metrics. Measuring usability is a key way we know we are building the right products.

Get a data analyst who can utilize the full power of this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the funnel chart. It helps to measure dropoffs in conversion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it difficult to determine which operators to use when defining segments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem of isolating user populations in a variety of workflows. It is benefiting me in tracking down user actions and measuring experiments.
The tool is easy to onboard, use, and get value out of. My team has is successful in using the tool

It's generally easy to onboard onto and new team members up to speed on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool functionality is extensive but can be hard to learn.

Having a comprehensive view of our user data story

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to separate and track different customer journeys based on behaviors, cohorts, and membership levels. This really helped us to determine where pain points existed, and how customers were truly interacting with our product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the user interface was intuitive, but I thought the collaboration aspect could have been more clear. I had a hard time tracking which workflows I created, versus what was created by someone else and shared with me. Also, who the workflow was last modified by.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude gives us insight into behaviors at the event level, according to the user who performed it, and how customers with similar characteristics are behaving in comparison. This is the product development research we need to make the most meaningful improvements to our app and customer experience.

Start simple, then build-out as needed!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to create different charts and graphs in order to visualize user data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to export the graphs so I could easily add them to presentations.

Ability to create charts based on the events. User look-up also helps to identify the user flow

Deleting the user is only via API call, it would be nice to have delete feature on dashboard
