Developer’s Dream with Seamless Setup and Robust Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Amplitude Analytics allows me to generate charts and visualize data easily with the 'Ask Amplitude' AI tool. Even though I'm in the engineering department and not familiar with marketing stuff, I can ask Amplitude AI to create a chart, group, and sort users based on fields. This makes marketing tools developer-friendly too. I enjoy Session Replay a lot; it's really useful for checking records and detecting bugs easily thanks to including browser console records. The initial setup of Amplitude Analytics was incredibly easy, with helpful documentation, allowing me to integrate it into our project in just 10 minutes. It's been one of the best developer experiences I've had.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI doesn't quite get what I mean. I think it can be a bit improved. Also, for Session Replay, a built-in consent management tool might be helpful because in the EU, explicit consent is needed for such things. Currently, we limit the use of this feature internally and get consent separately, but if Amplitude had a built-in way to handle the consent management of Session Replays, it would be super helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics combines multiple solutions, streamlining our process by tracking users, generating charts, and debugging with Session Replay instead of relying on various services.

Effortlessly Understand User Journeys
What do you like best about the product?
I find Amplitude Analytics easy to understand and easy to set up, which makes my work with it much smoother. I appreciate the AI analysis it offers for a deeper insight into my data. I also like the integrations available, which help me connect Amplitude Analytics effortlessly with other tools. Compared to Mixpanel, I find that Amplitude is much easier to follow, making it a preferred choice for my analysis needs. The initial setup was a breeze, completed within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think AI insights should be visible with every dashboard immediately, allowing me to look at data proactively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps me understand how users interact with our product by tracking their journey and identifying friction points.
Easy to install, everyone can use it
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is really easy to use, so anyone in our company can create graphs or dashboards without much effort. With our previous tools, analytics usage was mostly limited to the data and product teams, but now even our engineers are leveraging it a lot.
Setting up the tool is very convenient, and the live view of events helps us debug issues really quickly.
We also have a weekly sync with our contact at Amplitude, which lets us surface questions and tackle any issues fast.

Powerful event-based analytics for understanding in-app and mobile user behavior
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best: Amplitude Analytics is very strong for understanding user behavior through event-based tracking, funnels, and retention analysis. The insights are clear and actionable, and the visualizations make it easy to share findings across teams without heavy technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike: The platform has a steep learning curve, especially for new users, and requires careful event planning to be effective. Pricing can also become expensive as usage grows, and the interface can feel complex when using advanced features.
In addition, customer support can be slow or inconsistent at times, especially on lower-tier plans. Getting timely, in-depth help for complex issues can be challenging without premium support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps track and analyze events in web and mobile apps, making it clear how users interact with specific features. This benefits me by showing which actions matter most, where users drop off, and how in-app behavior changes over time, so product decisions are based on real usage rather than assumptions.
Data That drives better product analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Amplitude provides the deep insides into users behaviours, funnel analysis, helped me to optimize product features based on real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reports can be slow with very large datasets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Specific Graphics and Improved Efficiency with AI.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Amplitude Analytics is that it allows us to generate different graphs to have a specific analysis. The information and data it offers us are very relevant, especially now that it is accompanied by artificial intelligence, which allows us to be more efficient when obtaining specific information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be improved in the section for new users. When I search for specific information about a user, it doesn't take me directly to that point, but rather gives me general information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Amplitude Analytics to understand our users' behavior and optimize decisions that improve the user experience. I like generating graphs for specific analysis and the efficiency that artificial intelligence offers in accessing relevant information.
Accurate visibility for data-driven product decisions
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Amplitude Analytics is how clearly it helps me understand real user behavior and consumption inside our platform. Even as a beginner, I can easily identify how users move through key flows, how many credits and packages they consume, and how these patterns change over time. The visualizations and event-based structure make it straightforward to detect trends, compare periods, and validate hypotheses without requiring advanced technical skills. It gives us a level of visibility that would be very difficult to achieve through manual reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Amplitude Analytics is that historical data is limited to the last two years, which restricts long-term analysis. For everything else, the platform works very well and provides the visibility we need, but the data retention limitation can be a challenge when comparing older periods or evaluating long-term trends.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude Analytics helps us understand how our users actually behave inside the platform and how they consume credits and packages. It allows us to identify usage peaks, drops, and changes in monthly behavior, as well as detect issues related to external source failures or unavailability through event tracking. This visibility makes it easier to validate hypotheses, anticipate problems, and make informed product decisions. Overall, Amplitude gives us the clarity we need to improve user experience, optimize platform performance, and prioritize initiatives based on real data.
Really easy to visualise funnel analytics and explore customer journey through events data
What do you like best about the product?
As a Data Scientist, the biggest value I get from Amplitude is data democratization. Before Amplitude, my Product counterparts were dependent on me for even the simplest conversion or retention metrics. Now, they can self-serve 80% of their questions using the intuitive UI, which frees up my time for complex modeling and deep-dive experimentation.

What do you dislike about the product?
can't think of any. It's been pretty good for our use case
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a personal workflow perspective, I use it as a 'sanity check' layer. When I'm writing complex SQL in our warehouse, I’ll quickly pull a similar cohort in Amplitude to validate my logic and sense-check the numbers. It’s much faster than running a heavy query just to see if a base volume looks righ
