Great tool to get insights

What do you like best about the product?
The customization and flexibility. It's a great tool.

The loading time, not dealbreaker, but it'd be great if it was a bit faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to use the platform for multiple functions - product analytics, spotting customer trends, ease of ability to share audiences with distribution platforms e.g. Braze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lot of functionality within the platform which can be overwhelming. Need to maintain close contact with account manager to ensure getting most out of Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hugely beneficial in spotting issues with our products which we would not otherwise have spotted. The ability to create dynamic customer cohorts which sync hourly with our customer comms distribution software makes marketing automation much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I can quickly see how our site is driving product use
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like better exporting options (for graphs etc)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I look at the relationship between site and product usage, to see which pages are driving activation better. I can use this data to improve pages, and to show how well our pages work internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to parse data by day and cohort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having an easy template because I often pull the same type of query but for different campaigns and workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User engagement and retention. Being able to see how they react from our emails to onsite behavior over the span of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like it how nearly every functionality has a tooltip explaining it's meaning or how to use it, that's very helpful for beginners in data analysis
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's room for improvement in the "My Workspace" section. I feel like the top menu is a bit confusing and most of the time it shows the same content in all three sections
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily gather, analyze, get insights and share data with the rest of the team. Doing all of that quickly and easily has helped me adjust some of my ads campaign to improve my results, for example

What do you like best about the product?
Funnel, Event segmentation and Retention charts are something I mostly use. These three things have made it very easy to understand where product growth is headed and helps us analyse the specific features and how we can further improvise them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most of the things are pretty much good, one thing I think can help a lot is creating groups of charts within the dashboards. Like a folder containing multiple charts under one dashboard. That could help in sorting things a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly product related problems are being solved on amplitude. Majority of our data analytics happens on amplitude as it is very convenient over a traditional SQL and querying seems to be a little too much. The speed at which we can make deductions out of the data is also pretty good

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using data in decision-making makes Amplitude an aid to productivity. The best feature, without a doubt, is the variety of graphics that make up the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a barrier to understanding when selecting the simplest charts. The tool's onboarding is confusing and leaves some doubts when it comes to reading the graphics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of creating visualizations through the data has significantly increased the productivity of our product teams. Making our data-driven decisions faster and more efficient
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Amplitude Analytics is a very complete tool with several features that helps in everyday life. The team's productivity increases considerably, however, some initial barriers to learn the main features of the platform, some training will be necessary for your team to extract the maximum from the product

What do you like best about the product?
user friendly and easy for beginners to pick up fast
segmentation and funnel are my favs as well as lifecylce charts are convenient too
What do you dislike about the product?
- No customzation (for example i really want to be able to change the colors of the charts)
- Unable to segment charts within a dashboard (really much needed function)
- unable to mass assign ownership of charts to someone else (this is really painful to one by one assign owner on so many charts)

Best tool for analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can gather information with great data visualization. The types of visualizations are great, so I can move from one view to another (segmentation, funnel, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that allowing us to edit more our data visualization would be incredible. Sometimes I want to change the caption on big graphs and it's impossible due to the limitations of the tool. Also, change the colors and things like this. Metabase is a great benchmark for this use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The share of knowledge between my peers from work. Some gaps between the real use of the product and the way stakeholders use it to frame it. The benefits are that the team starts to care more about the user and we can find problems before a mass report on our CX channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Find some peers from Data or product team to help you understand better the way data is structured.
