What do you like best about the product?
I love how Amplitude can offer different analyses, especially Impact Analysis.
The inbuilt feature allows me to focus on the scope of my research rather than the logistics on how to do it.
i also really enjoy building the publically sharable notebook from a dashboard and being able to have it in a proper format.

What do you dislike about the product?
I usually struggle to copy an existing chart and modify it. My everyday struggles in such cases are :
1. If I am using a formula the copied chart will still contain data from the original chart. The UNIQUES(A) will be the A from the actual events not the current ones I am trying to work on
2. If I want to use the same events for another analysis and I change the chart type from segmentation to impact analysis, the chart breaks.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is allowing various product managers to monitor the performance of their metrics.
I am really enjoying having a deep dive analysis into recent released events to see how the adoption are for our new features.

Easy to use, super fast
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and get started. All features are well thought through and intuitive. Features I particularly like - charts that auto-save, cohort uploads/ analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
For power users, it can get a little laggy at times (e.g. creating 10 segments with multiple filters/ conditions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To understand funnel health and new feature efficacy, behaviours of different cohorts etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude can help us with 95% of our product use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to create two different charts for 2 numbers that I want to see on one chart. Example: I want to see our product's NPS rating and then the number of people who voted. These data points are much more valuable on one chart.

We identify user behavioral patterns and make product decisions accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is the best user friendly tool I have worked till now. It is very much user friendly, and the manual work we need to do to sorting the data is very very less.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily dislike, but I thought, it would be better, if Amplitude implements some automatic insight finding methods, like Apxor tool etc (Apxor uses some automatic techniques to find the cause of uninstall rates and low retentions etc.). If Amplitude also can implement these, It would be way better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using amplitude for multiple purposes, one is for checking the health metrics of my app, two, in understanding all the product data, say the individual feature adoption, engagement and repeat usage. Also to conduct retention analysis and uninstall analysis in my app.
Very easy to use, intuitive, and based on events!
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to start to create a chart or a dashboard, to do segmentation analysis and create funnels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Within the charts, there is no option to define filters that apply to all events. We have to add the same filters manually for all the events in the chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude helps me to understand how our users are interacting with our platform, what features are working better, and what paths are the most followed.

Amplitude is very good for quick and easy analytics.However, I find it is missing more complex query

Being able to browse user data flows in order to understand my data better for later SQL processing. I find the different type of charts very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I can not perform some more advanced querying such as : "fetch users events after they performed this type of event", or that it is not clear
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With amplitude I am mainly exploring and getting a first understanding of the data and the flow of events as they are generated. It helps me to plan better for the later processing in our datawarehouse.

The tool's usability and how it allows you to try out new things and explore without being afraid to break anything.

Amplitude helps me and my organization get a deeper understanding of how our users behave on our platform and leverage those insights to make data-driven product decisions.

User look-up function gives the ability to test all the triggers and flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The segment part in charts can be improved as it does not offer "OR" functionality. It works only with "AND" correctly

Mostly for funnel analysis

What do you like best about the product?
The most exciting feature of Amplitude for me - the ability to understand the key metrics of my product online. Real-time updates reaaly helps to work with AB-testing and finding the weak points. Also the user-friendly interface gives me the best user experience i`ve ever had. The customization options in reports are impressive and also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a disadvantage i would mention the limited set of charts in visualisation. And also I often need to calculate the results outside the Amplitude. So it would be great to have ann embedded tool for advanced calculations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly AB-testing of new product features, retro analysis, finding user paths and conversion drivers. I realized that I could share the online monitoring dashboard with my team, which is really helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating new charts and deep diving into any data very quickly and easily. Also, the variety of charts, be it funnel, segmentation and retention charts. Also, I love the extension of amplitude, it takes my reliance off bugging developers for asking which events are assigned.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not on the platform itself, sometimes the events get stuck on our website and are not sent which kinda questions the reliability of the data. I really love the User Paths but it always tells me that the chart is pruned. Also, I want a pie chart for more than user segmentation like I want to compare the distribution of my events. For example, how many users clicked on a button grouped by their Login method in a pie chart that gives me the percentage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropoffs and realizing if assumptions went right or not. In a corporate world, everybody is right until data shows up. So, it helps in proving assumptions and hypothesis right or wrong. We have started A/B tests and it is working wonders as well in decision making. For improving current features, it helps to make data driven decisions.
