Understanding your user's behaviours with a deep and complete analysis experience
What do you like best about the product?
-Being able to organize data answering the questions about our users we want to understand.
-Reporting capabilities.
-Ease of use.

You cannot delete data or rollback changes so easily so you have to be careful with the first deployment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to understand doubts about users and how they use our app.

What do you like best about the product?
the broad range of analytics available in the tool and the ability to instrument a taxonomy to collect specific data points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more workflow-driven ui features for complex analytics. Also would be awesome to create a UI tool for taxonomy configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking user behavior for change management initiatives.
Quick analysis, but limiting in story telling
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to pull numbers; little latency; variety of data visual options and customization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Specific limitations of data visualization (e.g.: inability to display data value for custom formulas, limitation of 6 custom formulas, inability to change any bar's colour, etc.) . I also wish that Text / Header options were available in Dashboards, not only Notebooks.

Reporting and spread data-driven culture.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create a chart and drill down in the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see much missing in this product so far.

Amplitude helps me to better visualize my data and understand the trends.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy wysiwug layout. We are quite a complex organisation so there are many questions that it has helped us with. trended data via our email service provider has been invalueble within Amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite technically challenging if we want to make a change. This may well be a issue within our own company. Group by function isnt great, as it creates a new column in any data we want to extract into excel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What journey are users taking from initial email send to website view, to following users onto a app. its been beneficial to use Amplitude for trended data views for regular monthly reports.
Great for High Level Customer Behavior Data
What do you like best about the product?
The UI makes it easy to select dimensions (with filters and group by statement) and choose desired metrics to answer business questions. In addition, the application gives added insights automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is very rigid in its logic and doesn't allow many customizations, which makes it hard to do deep dive analyses. Such as changing the base counting criteria: session id vs cookie id vs email vs order id
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it mainly to see how many page visitors are coming on, what buttons are being clicked and gathering some high level rates for the site like click through rate and conversions

What do you like best about the product?
- Shareable dashboards are a must. I can setup weekly emails going to my team with relevant data.

- Sometimes if you setup too many user cohorts it takes a while to load. On some charts we have to manually update the cohorts every week (may be because of how we have it setup) and it takes a while to update 4-5 charts with 4-5 cohorts each

It may be hard for complete data beginners but it will be a powerful tool in your toolbelt

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allowed my team to quickly implement the taxonomy and generate reports to better understand how users engage with our products and how to better define and develop the product roadmap based on user input.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish there were more canned reports that could be leveraged, helping quickly find useful information from the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understand product adoption and stickness, drive roadmap decisions and measure impact of new product/feature introductions. We can now better understand our customers and make decisions based on the user data.

Nice tool to have to take data-driven decisions.
Significantly reduced the time to insight
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from an analytics background, I am comfortable with SQL. But, I found that after starting to use Amplitude, the time that's used to be spent on thinking on the required tables/data structure and subsequently maintaining them has been eliminated. When I have questions, I can practically dive directly into Amplitude to find the answers and explore further questions without having to switch context to thinking about queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major at the moment. But, heatmap-style cohort analysis would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's extremely easy and seamless to create groups of users and cohorts and then compare how their behaviors differ from funnel analysis, comparing ratios, cohort analysis, etc. This really helps in not aggregating too early and analysing in details.
