What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy that you can just measure your data without coding and thus removes long dependency for data on data team.
Would highly recommend this.
What do you dislike about the product?
Code should also be visible , like in case of Metabase.

Easy-to-use analytics platform for end-to-end growth experimentation

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude has been a reliable source of truth for the growth marketing function as we optimize on first-touch / last-touch hybrid attribution. Every department has access to the analytics and can create their own reporting easily. We're also able to run PLG experiments easily and monitor metrics. It's really easy to get started and use. Every major department uses Amplitude, including engineers and creative strategists!
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently ingest some topline metrics from ad platforms, but building a chart that reconciles both ad platform & our data is limited/difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm making performance optimizations across my paid channels using Amplitude data. I'm creating customer data lists & piping it into ad platforms to create high quality seed lists. I'm syncing audience cohorts for email campaigns. I'm analyzing user behavior in-product to design and analyze PLG experiments.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful resource for me is the quick search feature integrated with all the options of the platform so I can easily give a keyword, and the program will provide the options also I like the option to sort the charts results based on API error codes or countries or platforms without the need to set up those options manually and the hability to create your own spaces and dahsboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some KPIs based on URLs, that we can visualize in year basis that are not always accurate in the best way in Amplitude, however, if we look for the same metric is less than a year it looks fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows checking app/web trends like how many apps were downloaded ? How many people login into the web or the app? How many signs? How many clicked on specific options? That is among many possibilities that could be configured via API or URLs.

Costly but worth the money

What do you like best about the product?
Analyzing experiments and resolving all queries I have regarding my products always takes me back to amplitude. Before too long, I have all the answers, thanks to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is clearly on the higher side. That's the only (though of a considerable magnitude) downside. I wish it were relatively easily accessible to smaller teams out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Exploring the potential of amplitude for a new user might be difficult. For experienced individuals, though, it is a breeze. We have been able to scale our product rapidly using Amplitude.

What do you like best about the product?
- I love the ease with which I can create a chart
- I love that for every change, I can share a new link and preserve it across people with who I've shared it with
- User events lookup on the phone is gorgeous.
What do you dislike about the product?
- I dislike that sometimes there are a lot of things to explore in amplitude that can make me struggle to find somethings
- I wouldn't say I like that the user lookup only shows recent events. Want more entries in that

The side bar includes a lot of things that I'm not sure if i need all the time.

Amplitude gives me everything I need in one place

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create custom charts that does a good job of visualizing data and helping explain how users interact with the product. It is very helpful in identifying trends.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like. There has been a couple of times when amplitude was experiencing a partial outage but that is few and far between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to identify trends in how the user is interacting with the product and if users are clicking on new features. The conversion charts have been great to learn as they show the journey users take and where the falloff period is.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to look for metrics, and It is also easy to create a dashboard that can be shared with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it cannot easily select the time range I'm interested in looking. There are only fixed time intervals, and I cannot just select myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to check how each identifier group is triggering each event—mostly used for A/B testing at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way we can look at individual events and find the frequency of the usage. I also like the integrations that amplitude has with segment/log rockets. I like the way we can view funnels in amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were better session tracking on amplitude and a way to avoid invalid data creeping into the system; I also want to have more advanced ways to clean data through amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a product I try to calculate the reach and impact of the problem we face. We are currently a global organization, and the way amplitude is set up helps us get more granular data and debug issues.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's an excellent product for data analytics.

So Easy To Use and Understand

What do you like best about the product?
Data can be a lot to figure out and setup, but with Amplitude Analytics it is much easier than it typically is. Dashboards are easy to setup and view your data come in. Testing via Optimizely is also an easy thing to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sharing of the data and dashboards with the team for all to work through together can sometimes be confusing onto who has access etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving test data and winners. Solving key metrics understanding based on feature launches.
