Easy view of adoption from the very first glance
What do you like best about the product?
Analytics are easy to view especially when thinking about millions of page views. Great way to organize by project and department for seamleess shared used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that I had more control over the display of unique data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to track adoption and usage of internal tools for a large organization. One stop to view how we are pacing toward our goals instead of many unique dashboards.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a faster query time along with better visualization with the charts. The dynamic cohort are very helpful while creating different types of charts and dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need to add more features like writing a custom sql query to understand data better. Right now, there are a lot of limitations with the types of query which we can do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many business problems and helps understand how users use our product. Segmentation, retention, pathfinder, compass is handy for different teams who are working across other domains. Most dashboards are there in amplitude itself.

It is easy for new members to learn, understand & apply.
Retention is the most valuable one.
Appsflyer, MoEngage, Google Analytics are the tools I know to be integrated.

What do you dislike about the product?
Should have a traffic projector for cohorts based on retention data.
Sometimes it takes too long for data to load.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The user retention analysis is amazing. It would have been difficult to optimize user acquisition without it. The tool saves a lot of time for analysis and helped us move towards our goals.
Extremely intuitive, never fails to meet your expectations and listens to their users

Being able to save segments, analyzing the results for a/b tests, segmentation matrices
What do you dislike about the product?
When you can't find out who is inside the cohort without downloading them is absurd. Other than this, I haven't encountered any odd situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In terms of product analytics, we don't use anything other than amplitude as long as it is not strictly related to data quality.

What do you like best about the product?
It's well designed, and queries run fast. Both these things compound over time and you get much more done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude lacks good guide rails that prevent bad instrumentation. Over time, instrumentation can get messy if not done very thoughtfully.

(a) to measure usage and impact of new feature, and (b) to understand drop-offs in funnels. These have helped us quickly get to what's broken and what's working

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is such a great tool to visualize and consolidate all of your dashboards in one place. It is not just a visualization tool; it is also an analytical tool. Because you create lots of custom things with the advanced calculated area, and this is one of the best features of amplitude.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, there is no negative thing that I think about the Amplitude. But if you have big data and lots of calculated fields, it may take some time to process and get the result. But lots of the tools are like that, so this is not a very big problem for amplitude compared with its other great features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use amplitude to visualize our general metric according to monthly targets and plans. Also, we create different calculated areas and charts to see our success differently. We shared the dashboards with all the companies; they can transparently see everything.

A critical tool for any marketing tech stack that is aimed at giving its growth and product teams a self-service analytics engine as well as behavioral cohort insights to drive lifecycle marketing - both from visualization as well as from an actionability perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind.
Although it is quite a complex tool, as a consequence of the sheer flexibility and features offered by the platform - hence there is a learning curve before you can utilize the full potential of the tool!

We were leveraging behavioral insights to drive hyper-personalization of our CRM campaigns. Just this aspect resulted in an uplift in our weekly conversion rate by > 50% across all our core retention metrics during the busiest time of an e-commerce venture aka Black Friday.

Getting a buy-in from your product and data teams to drive proper data governance from the start is critical to scaling adoption within the wider organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a great tool to visualize and combine all of your website and application data; You can create lots of shared dashboards and also you can create formulas to see beyond of your general metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is nothing that I dislike about the amplitude but if you have a big data sometimes it is getting slow and you need wait a long time to process for a dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are using it to create shared dashboards inside the company and with this way everybody can see the success and targets of their metrics. Also we are trying to visualize of all our targets.
Really valuable usage insights I could never construct otherwise
What do you like best about the product?
Able to see how users both in aggregate and in particular navigate & use our product- where they dropoff, how often they do things, and how these vary across groups. I have no background in analytics and can uncover these insights myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate better definitions (or access to definitions) for metrics like 'active user' and 'this order' vs. 'any order.' Occasionally event sub-properties are harder to make use of than regular events in small parts of the product, but this is minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are learning how users move through our product: what stops them, makes them successful, and how different groups of users behave. This has helped us pinpoint and understand the impact of pain points and improve those methodically.
