What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent app for in-depth analysis and to create, present clear, concise, yet accurate charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little bit of time and training expertise to get used to this app. Otherwise, overall, a complete package.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is straightforward to deploy and configure. A great combination to analyze product and marketing strategies.

1. Speed at which the data is processed irrespective of the complexity of the data.
2. Multiple charts templates are available to visualize the data according to the need.

1. Flexibility in customizing the charts is not available.
2. Filters don't work as intended and there are no ample filters to view the data.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing and visualizing of data got much simpler with Amplitude analytics. It also helps to design dedicated boards with respect to the individual teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are keen on product analytics and are deriving inputs from your data team then Amplitude is the best tool to keep track of the product analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a very powerful tool for user behavior visualization and data analysis. It has helped us a lot in identifying areas on our product that needs improvements and thanks to it, we have been able to take action and make informed decisions in areas such as user experience, re-engagement, and retention. It is a very intuitive tool, urser friendly, and easy to set up with other in-house tools for data captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is great about Amplitude. No dislikes so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to identify areas in our product that needs attention and that have the potential for improvement, also areas where we are missing opportunities that we could explore further.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Powerful insights. Fast response. Many ways to configure your analysis. Reliable. Great for sharing and collaborating. No better tool out there to analyze funnels and event flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pathfinder user analysis only shows 5 events in a row, unlike the User Journey view within Funnels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Measuring user engagement with mobile and web products. Understanding retention drivers. Performing AB tests. Bringing data driven decision making into product discussions.

Amplitude is a fantastic tool that helps my team monitor critical KPIs and other performance metrics. Doing so allows us to quickly identify any potential issues with our service or product.

I don't dislike anything about Amplitude.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving with Amplitude is real-time analytics of our KPIs and other performance metrics. We have benefited from this by having automated alerting set up that helps us quickly identify and address any performance issues within our product.

Amplitude is a no-brainer if you are looking for a quick, efficient, and easy tool for all your product and service analytics needs.
Amplitude is a great tool for BI and product teams to easily build and share insights.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, with a little onboarding and some reference dashboards, anyone in the company can leverage this tool to get answers to their quetions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easily that I cannot delete other people's cohorts, even as an admin, our space is littered with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'd say the generally most used for feature adoption outside the regular product monitoring.
Amplitude is a good tool but has your limitations.

The limitations in notebooks and it is not possible to upload any database like Power BI.

Amplitude customer experience is stellar
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Amplitude for about a year now. I had a couple of years of web analytics experience prior to using Amplitude but with a significant number of years of break in between. What I immediately liked about Amplitude was how intuitive their product was to use. I did not experience any significant bumps in the process of learning Amplitude and learned quite a bit about the whole product analytics space since I started using it. Their documentation is excellent, easily accessible, embedded within the product and with a good search functionality.
Another set of features that I like is Data Governance. It helps to have always available a comprehensive outline of what data you have, and add documentation to data directly so that business users can better understand what each data element represents.
But, most of all, I like the whole Amplitude team and how dedicated they are to customer's success. First, Amplitude support is very easy to contact from within the product and very responsive. Second, Amplitude customer success team rocks. They are very proactive in anticipating your needs, and they invest time in thinking about how their product can be used better in advancing your business to produce better business outcomes.
It would take me a lot more space to describe numerous other things that I like about Amplitude product and Amplitude team.
All in all, I highly recommend Amplitude product and Amplitude team to any organization that needs a good understanding of how their customers interact and use their products. Amplitude team shines in showing that they care about your business.

There is a lot that Amplitude can improve. For example, they could bring in some more visualizations available in other analytics software. Although quite easy to build, dashboards could be richer in terms of options. Amplitude also may want to think about extending their analytics capabilities to be securely but more easily shared with outside customers or embedded within the product. This can be quite critical for B2B and B2B2C businesses that see analytics as big value add to their business. Amplitude team is quite good at listening to their customers and does not shy away from recognizing when they have product gaps so I am confident that their product will improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a portfolio of Point-Of-Sale products that allow our customers to use features of our comprehensive travel distribution platform. Amplitude helps us understand how our customers use our PoS products and monitor our business's health. The insights we derive through Amplitude help us understand which of our product features are important to our customers and how to improve them. We plan to advance further how we use Amplitude to make our product planning and investment more effective, efficient, and in line with our customer needs through data. Amplitude already has many features we have not used but plan on using in order to derive deeper insights and accelerate the business transformation we are currently going through.

Amplitude's data analytics suite has a phenomenal balance of flexibilty and structure due to its event-based modelling coupled with robust intake, customization, and governance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the event volume pricing model. This is limiting for our larger media brands.

Amplitude has unlocked used-level analytics and action-based cohort analysis allowing us to make smarter product and CRM decisions affecting long-term relationships rather than single session engagement.
