Great Insights for Both Onsite & SEO Deep Dives

What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards to view multiple charts in one place is very useful, being able to customize various data views as needed (organic traffic by page type, user characteristics, etc)
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting options could be better as far as formatting, filtering within the tool would save time from having to export to view data a certain way, easier onboarding
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning what users do after coming in through organic search, insights into how users navigate the site, deeper user characteristics than we can get from other tools
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really good for real-time views, site interaction, a good amount of data not available with other analytics tools

What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to onboard to the platform. Most of the relevant UI was pretty straightforward, so if you have a particular question to answer (What was my DAU), it is very easy to craft the chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the fact that I could only view 10 cohorts at a time when doing analysis, there are times when I need to exceed that for proper analysis. Having to break my analysis up into several charts is a disjointing process that could impede analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main use for our team would be to continue the growth and success of our product through analysis revelations. We are using this to level up our em[ployees so that they can directly see the KPIs they are affecting through their work output.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to create a cohort, do segmentation, and do funnel analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the documentation. It's difficult to find what each specific function mean and how to use it in the documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To learn about users' usage behavior and their pain points in order to inform the design of our product. It's fairly easy to do segmentation and funnel analysises to learn about users behavior.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, responsive customer service, facilitates collaboration across teams, billing is not done by user license, every modification to a chart generates a new URL
What do you dislike about the product?
- Sluggish and buggy performance, at times, especially with their newer features

using quantitative data to make product decisions, consider trade-offs, and assess impact

What do you like best about the product?
The help articles, the guides, the clear explanations made it very easy for me to reach my task. I use it solely for data purposes and don't have it with any other tools!
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are close to nonexistent, everything works properly and the way it's designed makes it feel self intuitive to use. I was a beginner and once I got the hang of it it was a breeze. Showcasing common results for the pathfinder chart would be helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking the most common paths our customers take and what they do to get there. It's because of this particular goal that I feel like in the future we should be utilizing Amplitude much more!

What do you like best about the product?
The overall flexibility in ways to analyze data and level of support we receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature set is still evolving, but good. There could be some better short cuts to reduce time to insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Subscription acquisition, user retention and engagement, LTV
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great product with lots of capability, we're 10 months in and I feel like we're only scratching the surface of what we can do. They're growing on their offering and constantly rolling out new features, big and small. The support staff has been amazing. Their cost is competitive with the industry and a value considering the features available. The only drawback so far is around ease of use, but it's nothing out of the ordinary with similar vendors.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use, I was quickly able to produce usable reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Flexibility of use. Sometimes I feel like I have to "hack" a way to get to the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to see usage and patterns very quickly. Especially valuable after a release to see that things are working as expected.
It's been nice having a tool that can be easily shared and allows people to "fiddle" with the data to understand things for themselves.

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an easy and intuitive way to make queries and has some interesting built-in formulas. All of these combined enable fast analysis and prototyping.
What do you dislike about the product?
For being new, it still has a lot to improve in terms of UI/UX. It lacks some flexibility to resize/reshape charts and choose view types (scorecard, graph, table, etc.).
Also, there are only a few types of graphics available (it doesn't have heatmap, for example), and it doesn't enable inserting more than one measure unit per chart (e.g., comparing a variable on a scale of thousands with another in a scale of decimals).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great to analyze behavior data and fastly build dashboards. At the same time, It also enables some more complex and detailed visualization.

Perfect analytics suite for mobile apps

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude allows me to look at my data at so many different angles and really understand what is going on with my apps and my users. I love the user interface and all the different ways I can slice and dice my data. Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much I dislike, but the user interface can be a little sluggish and slow once you have a lot of charts set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to get insight into how users are using our app, and how we can optimize the app to improve some of KPIs. Through Amplitude we have been able to really understand how users are using our apps and able to substantially improve many of our KPIs.
