What do you like best about the product?
Performance and ease of setup analytics charts.

The UI offer too much and somtimes it get me confused where to find right options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting insight into usage and MAU and related revenue impacts. It also help us to see different scenarios where we are losing our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and user friendly the tool is. I use this to create new dashboards for new features, and monitor the progress of existing features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it seems a bit messy when I want to combine some metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to see the ussr flows, identify any possoble UX issues and act accordingly.
Good for tracking events, but could offer a bit more flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is easy to understand and to use, even for those who are just learning how to use it. It has been improving the amount of capabilities they offer. It's very good being able to connect all the data from Braze then mixing it up with the events we fire from our platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Amplitude is still a limited tool, allowing you to analyze numbers only from the last 365 days at a time meaning there's not a way to create a full historic panel of something. To compare events from 2 different periods in time, you need to create 2 charts for it. It is improving, but still needs a bit of work to math other analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude is amazing in gathering in a single place data from events fired from the app and third party tools like Braze. This way, we can see the impact of our work directly where it happens.

What do you like best about the product?
Amplitude is a very useful tool, especially for Product Managers and other non technical users, to gain quick insight into performance of their tools, services and offerings. It is easy to use and convenient for creating charts and graphs to explore the performance of your product.
The user interface is also non-threatening and simple to learn, even for new-comers. One product highlight for me is the funnel capabilities, which allow the user to see user drop off points clearly within the funnel.
From a technical perspective, it is straightforward to set up new tracking, and to integrate this data with your databse.

What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, for more technical users, there are some limitations and oddities around the infrastructural elements of Amplitude which may cause some pain during the setup and maintenance. One such example is the inability to delete stale events which are within Amplitude; another being the difficulty in setting up the Ampli CLI; or ingesting data into Amplitude.
My number one request would be for Amplitude to update their documentation as it is currently quick lacking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Amplitude allows the user to gain quick insight into the behaviour of their customers, and the performance of their products and tools. The speed of gaining high level insights, and developing charts and graphs to inform strategic decisions is fantastic.
How Amplitude Makes My Life Easier
What do you like best about the product?
I used Amplitude for a bit more than a year and found it really useful. It allows you to deep dive into data, find insights, and visualize them in a few quick actions, all in one tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I like updates and try to adapt to them as soon as possible, though not all of them are necessarily good. Still, one of the things that going me crazy are the limits: limits for segments of users (why 10 only?), limit of preview in users stream, limit of events for one chart etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to know how users of my app perform, what they like and dislike, which changes are statistically significant for them, and whether I may or may not make predictions based on this information. Hence, Amplitude helps me to accomplish all of these tasks using only one tool (eliminating the need for separate SQL tools, BI tools, or significance calculators) and as a result quicker present valuable outcomes for my team.

Powerful & Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to set up any chart on the data you have. The interface is really intuitive, so you don't need to spent your time digging into documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any huge dislikes or problems, just, maybe feature requests. For example, the chart view has a nice table under it, but you can't easily add the table to the dashboard, just the chart

When I switch between type of chart, e.g: From funnel chart to segment chart. The events that I inputted before will be lose. Have to input again everything

Tracking events, have extension on browse to support us checking what kind of events is running on the product. Can use events, users property to calculate conversion
