What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike however with a tool like HAProxy the learning curve can be steep for newcomers. The configuration syntax, while powerful, takes time to master.
That said there is an amazing team behind the software which is very active with both the Community & Enterprise users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use HAProxy to manage traffic between our public-facing APIs and backend services. It handles SSL offloading, load balancing, health checks, and rate limiting seamlessly. It’s also been a reliable part of our incident response stack—quick to reconfigure and highly stable under pressure.
Performant and easy to use

Not much here. It would be great if there was a support for dynamic backends and frontends.

I like the HA Proxy Fusion Control Plane features and functionality we now have a single pane of glass to see all of the requests with great search functionality. Using this product to maintain consistent configurations across all of the HAProxy instances is extremely valuable and helps prevent mis-configuration using text editing on multiple HAProxy instances.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the fusion product the CLI Editing is gone and I can use the browser and with the upcoming ACME Support I don't have any thing to complain about. It just works. They have great support and a good ticketing system that is easy to use.

We can manage and inspect traffic flowing to our web servers and as we update the back end servers we can bring them in and out of load as needed.
