Good platform poor customer support
The platform itself is pretty good, the dashboard makes it easier to manage servers and websites without having to go deep into configuration or management.
However, to cancel a server, you must contact customer support, which will take multiple days if they even answer. I've had multiple tickets with no responses and I can't cancel my Stripe billing without going thru customer support, who won't answer my support ticket. Very disappointed, since the product itself was good.
