Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like automation tool as well as the BPM and case management tool

What do you like best about the product?
Simplified User Interface in order to Manage the Functional Business Process Flow, combined with Ease of Development of Business Process within a Short Span of Time. Provides an Amazing Process Modification ability with Minimum Documentation even in Agile Software Development Environment. Documentation & Tools needed to develop in Pega system are easily available facilitating ease of Development.
What do you dislike about the product?
Numerous number of Configuration available in the Tool due to which development process becomes a bit confusing if the Developer is unaware of the available functions in the Application, hence it is recommended to get familiar with the various configurations available in the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Entire process of Business Process Creation as well as Management was simplified and Provided a Head start owing to the Already available Configurations in the Pega Tool. Unified User Interface available for Web as well as Mobile Application which has been developed using Pega Tool.

Sometimes slow. Crashes at times randomly. Can’t have multiple open at he sms time

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Pega platform is the number of ootb features that have been made for developers to use in their applications. Apps can be built with little to no code and are easily maintained. Clients are very satisfied with how short of an amount of time is required to build features in their application.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of documentation that is produced by Pegasystems.

I am solving my clients problems using the Pega platform. I have developed solutions for businesses to streamline their business processes and thus make them better at what they do.

We working on Warrenty claims which was build on Pega Warrenty Frameworks, which makes our work simple. Beacause most of the rules are already created by pega itself and we are using them

What do you like best about the product?
Pega has great out of the box functionality to use - they are flexible and overall very well designed features that would be great when being utilized for the right servicing source. Additionally, it's easy to search and find for the pages you are looking for, and to access changes in a sandbox environment. There is certainly a lot of positive aspects of using Pega, as we have been using it for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using this for general customer service needs, and it's not an excellent fit for that. It requires a lot of custom work, and we are not able to use a lot of the out of the box features for our needs. This is much more suited for case management over customer service as a whole.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better for case management rather than customer service. The features that Pega provides would be an excellent resource for case management purposes, but for actual customer service across something like Credit Card management, it is lacking in the types of features we would like to use to be intuitive and usable across all of our channels. It simply does not provide the best infrastructure for our needs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This would truly be an excellent fit in a case management world. I would not recommend this for use in a customer service setting, as we are transitioning to a new platform and out of Pega due to our overall needs. We do not have the ability to build all of our channels in pega (online, VR, customer service, etc.) which limits how much we can re-use and get the most bang for our buck on.

Web chat bot. it is very nice interface is given like th BPM products

As of now nothing is to dislike, however documentaion part should be a bit better in compare to now

What do you like best about the product?
Applications built using Pega are mostly used in banking, Finance and Health Sector. This is a very good platform to build complex applications very easily. This has some features like drag and drop which makes the developer work easy and efficient. There is so much to know about pega. You can get knowledge about pega by taking courses in pega site. It's good to know Pega integrated with AI, Machine Learning and Augumented Reality.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is not an open source and it is used by only major companies. People who do not belong pega community will not have access to learn about this. It is not well known by many people. Less chances for entry level positions need awareness among people about pega.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes development easy and quick. It has got good frameworks like smart disputes, customer process management used especially in the banking and finance sector.
