What do you like best about the product?
Rapid Development, Easy to code by avoiding complexities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pega UI in earlier versions was a drawback but then in Pega infinity, I would really like to see the UI API changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating customer Service center business case.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Pega is really helpful in accelerating development.

What do you like best about the product?
The promise to improve processes and the idea of modelling processes with UML-like approaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the education to be able to implement a solution is really time-intensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Pega as a rule engine. It is good at processing stuff quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to design according to the objectives of the company, and really powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
it is not very easy to implement it correctly. It is difficult to obtain certification for those of us who speak Spanish because the exams are not in our language and in Spain, to pass an exam usually need 50%, not 70%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
software writing the software. Develop many things at the click of the button.
New features which are in-lined with the industry norms are really great (be it RPA, App Studio, AI etc)
Great support from labs.
Great marketing as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing as of now. may be i feel it rigid some times when dont have OOTB feature. But I understand reason though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Auto finance (Customer Service, Collection & Remarketing in particular)

Benefits that I have realized is: most of the requirements can be achieved using OOTB features.


Another good thing is product is always up to date with the industry standards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gartner's quadrant tells it all :)
Pega is no more just an BPM tool. It has it all. Good product development & support team

What do you like best about the product?
-Frequent update of the Pega platform to keep upto date with the market and competetors
-Figuring out the use cases where Pega can be utilized at its best
What do you dislike about the product?
-Too flashy / too promising sales videos
-Stabilisation of the product / finding the POC customer to see how the product / framework really works before product is released into the actual market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Worked on healthcare , financial, customer service.Best I could see so far from my 8 years of experience with pega is quick deployments with which customers are really happy to see the changes they asked for in no time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the content within the frameworks / strategic applications with an LSA and LBA together and see if it really fits your Customer and set the expectations right in terms of timeliness or whats available already

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Pega is accessible for beginners, as well as tenured veterans of the software development world. It doesn't matter if your background is 10 years of coding, or 3 months of serving coffee, there is an entry point for everyone. I think this has great appeal in the marketplace, as it reduces the fear factor of having an uncontrollable beast requiring software guru's to maintain
What do you dislike about the product?
I do feel that areas of the marketing platform seem to have been rushed, and that whole side of the suite doesn't seem to run as smoothly as the core BPM rules and processes (I've only used until 7.22 so perhaps the improvements are already out there)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Pega to solve large implementation and integration issues
Recommendations to others considering the product:
its the best tool to use for all of your needs. It removes the need for multiple different applications

Pega is awesome, but there are some issues

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing in Pega is OOTB integrations and other things that allow you to make complicated things in a simple way. That is really awesome benefit, you can concentrate on implementing some logic rather than fixing issues with another fancy framework in traditional programming languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just like you can do complicated things in a simple way, simple things often require quite complicated approach. Some UI change which is quite simple in HTML-CSS style could take hours of implementing in a Pega way (and to be honest usually you end up writing custom javascript/html/css/whatever. Also some issues that are not supposed to exist but they do exist - like agent doesn't pick up queue item just because it doesn't and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly some financial solutions. Best benefit as I told before is integrations, that's really a thing .
