What do you like best about the product?
Good rapid development tool with strong process and case management capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve. Fragmented development. Easy to get lost in details and lose sight of the overall solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to develop an omnichannel application suite based on Pega standard applications and extended by custom developed solutions on the Pega platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you intend to implement a large-scale solution based on Pega, take time for thorough architectural planning before you start.

What do you like best about the product?
The many out of the box elements that are state of the art.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is definitely much more difficult to build an stable application than it is promoted. It requires a long yeared of experience before you can use it properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Underwriting and Claims handling. Internal customer application for case management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small! Ensure that business will use the results! Accompany the change!

What do you like best about the product?
is easy to understand and use, is very easy to create new pages and manage the existing ones. is nice to hace a self service monitoring tool
What do you dislike about the product?
AES monitoring system need to be upgraded and it would be nice to have compatibility with other monitoring tools such as sitescope and splunk

there are a lot of problems that can be fixed

What do you like best about the product?
The Pega Platform has a large volume of tools and objects that allow to construct any kind of automation. And the most important thing about the Pega Platform that is differentiated from the other competitors is the large community of users that share questions and answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some interfaces, as SAP, showed some complications when I tried to interrogate. I had to use several sendkeys because I couldn't interrogate some buttons. Furthermore, I think that the Pega could change the format of the blocks in the automation (triangle for the decisions, for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a big RPA initiative for every department in the company trying the automatize repetitive tasks that doesn't bring value. In my case, I'm developing an automated robot that manage all the maintenance plan of a factory.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I highly recommend the Pega Platform for those who want to automate processes even not having a programming background.

PEGA - It's certainly build for Change

What do you like best about the product?
Pega platform is an one stop solution to transform business use cases with least of coding involved. It's Case management and decisioning features makes it such a robust platform to accommodate any change business want to make to the application again with least of base code modification as everything runs on versions and persevered to switch between them per business demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
System administration and management needs to be focused and enhanced with more features so admins can manage the application and issues.
Upgrade to a major version requires lot of retrofitting as there would be a lot of changes to the application to adjust with the new platform. I know the current upgrade process is easy but retrofitting has been real challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business in healthcare Insurance domain has multiple different business ends, but again all of them needs to be connected to streamline the business process end to end.
Pega has been instrumental in achieving that goal and today we have most of our business process supporting applications running on Pega platform maintaining the case life cycle of new enrollment request until it's reaches to fulfillment, this has increases productivity and reduced fulfillment SLAs.

What do you like best about the product?
In Pega Platform UI Is the best and It has all the features easily Understood.
Great number of reusable/ OOTB components giving less effort on development but still flexible for complex business requirements.
They also have a good customer service for their product issue and concern.
Their training courses are also accessible online which is a good one given the expensive cost when you have an onsite training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vendor dependency - understanding the class structure is important and it eventually causes organization or project teams to be dependent on the vendor.
No books available - There are no books available in the market.
Very Expensive training programs. The high price of classroom and online training. Also the product is a bit high price with respect to other BPM products in Market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow system for creating customers on boarding for different products is implemented in pega.
Pega platform provides us easily configurable development of application in short sprints to develop and deliver product in agile manner.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
World is constantly changing pega is built for that change. So consider pega if you want to automate the processes in your business because it's simple faster with no coding required.
