What do you like best about the product?
It has easy to use tools and low code development environment which makes it very easy way of developing an application.
The upcoming requirements can simply be developed easily and a well developed product can be delivered to the customer in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pega platform as a whole is competing with the popular used tool like Salesforce which is very popular among the industry people.
Also occasionally documentation issues were faced by our team while developing an application in the new version.
Few functionalities were not fully supported than the previous versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business process management applications which requires end to end flow to be covered are designed and developed by us.
The use of agile studio enables us to document the requirements from the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Pega Claims Management while working for North Carolina Medicaid. My job was to handle any pega claims hung up in the system for errors and and any claims pending that were past their adjudication date. I liked that this system allowed me to keep track of any claims that came in, and was easy to filter out any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
My use of Pega Claims Management was brief and didn't have too many errors or hang ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Pega Claims, our job was to solve any hospital claims pending in the system for timely filing or any claims that presented errors. Most errors were on the provider end and could be cleared by going into the system and pushing them through.

What do you like best about the product?
Pega Claims Management is best solution to manage claims if you have any problem in managing the claims. Its benefits are high and maintenance cost is low. Its very easy to use and very Efficient. Accesibility and scalabilty is great for management of claims. I will recommend you to use this if you want to do quick work. Its very useful for Insurance Sector. In this we can easily integrate the things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your team should be Pega Certified. We need to take help from others for deployment as some things are OOTB.
You must have someone from Pega Team to help you to develop the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time should be less to claim the Insurance for users. It's beneficial for those who are working remotely. Our Organisation is using it for managing claims of Travel, Mobile bills, Internet Bills, Medical Bills, and many other things and also for reimbursement purposes. We can use it for claiming our insurance in less time.

I am recommending this to everyone because it helps us to manage our claims of the Internet, Mobile, Travel, Medical insurance easily.
In less time and less maintenance, we can use this.

What do you like best about the product?
- Layering structure and asset resuability
- There is almost no limitation in term of flexibility to configure any business requirement
- You can define your own portal, ui, style, component, field, validation, data structure
- Complete training material available
- Complete development tooling, debugging and deployment
- Long term compatibility. Your 8 years old pega code might still work in the latest pega platform
What do you dislike about the product?
- Current generated UI is not lightweight.
- It is not fully adopt microservice architecture and cloud native. It is very important to have horizontal scalaibity, which curently exists but limited by database resource
- Mobile application is not suitable for heavy customisation
- Can't run DataFlow as dedicated cluster, without any dependency to existing cluster
- No native integration with Big Query or Snowflake for CDH
- Reporting engine is using the same engine with UI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Orchetsration complex business process, such as complex sales process, credit card disputes. We can define our process, lets pega handle all things related to workflow, such as SLA, assignment and approval,
- Loan origination process, combining multiple flow, involving multiple roles, integration with registry, credit bureau, core banking system, scoring engine, frontend application using Pega Platform
