Fast,easy and user friendly app development platform
What do you like best about the product?
The new app studio portal where building case cycle has been improved greatly. It's easy to learn and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Field service platform should provide more OOTB functionalities to meet clients need especially field services mobile app side
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on insurance workload management application and Pega helped the client to resolve cases on urgency basis with better throughput

Pega BPM,CRM and Marketing platforms have great features.its super easy to understand , learn and build bussines .

Pega as a single BPM tool offering front end and backend experience thru ui components, flows and services

Styling with ui components is difficult and the server side interaction for every action to take place which causes system slowness.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a BPM software that provides you with help through easy-to-use tools and functions for optimal business process management where you can focus on the customer, generate new business and increase the performance and productivity of the company. We can make commercial applications that meet our needs to the point that we improve the end-to-end experience of our customers. We simplify our work and our team has a more fluid and efficient work. We save important time thanks to the fact that we can create a marketing automation where we can also expand our brand and obtain a greater reach of potential clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is a bit technical, it is not a complaint but a suggestion could improve this and guarantee a high user performance on the platform through the creation of commercial platforms. We have not had significant problems, in fact we reached objectives in a very short time. We consider it to be a good platform compared to the rest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use paste to manage trade flows and create applications from one end to the other in a simpler and faster way. We also capture all the details from clients about their problems and tag them in claims. Our work team obtains optimal performance with fluidity in its tasks through tools and functions such as dashboards and reports. We must also emphasize that we can add, eliminate or change any type of process on the fly, with this we save a lot of time that we channel in other areas and thus boost the exponential growth of our company.

It is ideal for any company that wants to involve, but at the same time, manage business processes in a more solid, efficient, precise and simple way, thus guaranteeing customers a better experience. It is a great fully scalable BPM tool with the best features and easy to use tools. It is used to manage banking projects, health and financial insurance. You will have work fluency apart from a great time saving. It is very flexible, you can also create an ideal marketing automation system to drive the growth of your company and a greater reach of customers. recommended.

What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of out of box functionalities that are standard for Healthcare claims habdling industry which can be used right away with Pega. And it always evolves to bring more standard features out of box so that code doesn't have to be built from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customization were not very easy to be made. With every organization's need and demands, there will be around 30% Customizations required to handle workflow management which are not out of box. Most Customizations are easy to develop, there always are some which are not easily possible in the tool that is so powerful to handle things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solving workflow management and turn around time problems where existing processes require manual intervention and SLAs which can be configured directly into Pega. Being able to automate most of the inventory routing process and SLA accounting were the primary benefits of Pega.

Pega is great tool to handle most of the industry standard processes and it makes managing them lot better

What do you like best about the product?
It is build for change, integration and UI capabilities, works for any channel with no changes, AI and Marketing strategies , Cloud compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is it is expensive tool and not every or small/medium size client can afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Case life cycle management, Rules Engine,Monitor Control Chart etc. It has in built capabilities to integrate almost with any external system and its UI is very advanced that it works on kind o channel like Mobile, Web, tablet and Robotics Integration
