Unfortunately I have to give it the lowest rating.
Cause 1:
Although it says Free TrialTry one unit of this product for 30 days., I ended up paying $1,400 even though I used it for a week.
Cause 2:
I have sent an email to support about it asking for a refund, but it has been ignored. Of course I attached the evidence.
Cause 3:
This product comes with an installation shell, but outputs an error and does not create an alfresco directory. It's impossible to get alfresco to work in that state.
However, support recognized that it was only a matter of time between system shutdown and reboot.
I've emailed them multiple times about installation shell issues, but they don't seem to understand.
Conclusion:
This company has problems with the installation shell (which should easily occur in testing), but they sell it as is and don't give refunds.
PS: If $1,400 is refunded as stated, I will upgrade the lowest rating to fair.
