Limited Storage and Account Requirements Make It a Hassle
What do you like best about the product?
Able to keep files on the site for a long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited storage. Sometimes a pain in the butt since everyone needs an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of moving limited files. The site is too slow to actually use it as a drive to edit, but you can move files. If yu try and upload a bunch at the same time, and one is faulty, the whole upload stops.

Dropbox's pricing feels high compared to similar services. Sync issues pop up often with large files, and file conflicts can be confusing to resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistent updates across both OS and Windows platforms and easy-to-find help within the app make Dropbox a joy to use. A must essential!

I have been using dropbox personally since last 5-6 years and I feel that the following makes it best -
1. Autobackup of files (especially photos)
2. Not much background activity and battery consumption
3. Easy organization and convenient to find old files in the app

It’s just work without fuss. It let me focus on work without dragging me in bunch of settings. 30 days version history and integration with zoom and slack are the best

Free plan is limited. UI is not good as google docs though better than Zoho docs
