Great E-signature
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use and cost effective compare to other alternative.

There is really nothing to not like about the platform

It’s super easy to use! And good pricing I have try other competitors and I will stick with hellosing. Integrations are awesome future! Drive, Dropbox, etc. make it very robust but again super easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, very good with no problems, I will suggest easier fill up boxes. But is just being picky, let’s wait what future updates come with hello sing. I think is ideal for business growing faster

Help to centralized documents and clients are signing faster so this help as with close more deals!

The app is very easy to use and very easy for customers to use even if they are not familiar with computers.

I haven’t found anything that I dislike about the app.

I do online business of several kinds and need to have documents signed from customers and clients who are not local. This solves that problem and add an extremely reasonable price

The service has made the process of signing clients up and thus invoicing them quicker ad far more robust

What do you like best about the product?
we have a team set up for our small business and its fantastic for the price. I've used a competitor and been hassled about the amount of use our account has had, and with HelloSign we have no issues and no phone calls asking for us to revisit the plan we are on.

Nothing to dislike, it's very user friendly.

We've set up some templates and streamlined a number of our documents.
Fantastic user experience and feature set
What do you like best about the product?
I run a vacation rental business and I use HelloSign to send rental agreements to my guests. I have the flexibility to use a template and update the reservation dates prior to sending. The UX is really great and has helped me save lots of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost increased recently but I still think it is a great value compared to other options in the market.

Ensuring my guests sign rental agreements.
Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The easy drag and drop editor where you can add elements such as signature boxes, organization boxes, date boxes, title boxes, and much more. Another thing that I like best is the ability to CC relevant members from my team or the other parties' team. Lastly, the feature of being reminded to sign a document and a daily overview helps me stay up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process of sharing a document or template to reuse company-wide seems to be a bit difficult and confusing. The other thing that I dislike is the message text box before sending out a signature request. I wish there were more text editing capabilities when it came to adding the optional message and title. Other than that the platform is very simple and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With HelloSign, I can quickly set up a document that needs to a signed and easily send it out to any email. Although I find it difficult at times, the ability to share templates with my team and being able to reuse them is a huge time saver. The other problem that HelloSigned solved for me was not being able to CC team members. I can now CC as many team members as I need.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Once you use HelloSign, you won't want to use any other signature platform. It is the superior signature request platform. HelloSigned solved all of the problems that I had with competing platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super user friendly, and document uploads are quick and without any loss in quality.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I haven't found any negatives worth mentioning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
9 out of 10 clients prefer using electronic signature methods over analog print, sign, scan, and email, so we're seeing faster returns on documents, and an appreciation from clients regarding the ease of that process.
