Solved multiple problems with one solution!
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign has provided our Company the opportunity to get agreements and application forms sent to clients quickly and easily. Our clients have been able to complete them and return on the same day most of the time. This is a huge timer saver for something that use to take days if not weeks waiting on clients to get paperwork back to us. HelloSign was easy to setup and no major implementation limitations requiring specialized help. Overall our sales team who is the main one using this application has said it has saved them hour of time each week and we are seeing an increase in our client onboarding. Overall very happy and will continue to use HelloSign for a long time. Plus its affordable!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that they would look at more integrations that would allow for us to connect this system to more partner platforms. This is not a blocker for our business, however it would allow us to further scale with this application into our CRM system etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above in my review, I love that the are no more faxing of forms and manual paperwork that a client has to fill out. The major benefit is being able to easily enter information into our system and not having to figure out someone's writing style if its not easy to read when written in pen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can solve many of your day to day business challenges. Look at your best software integrations. This connects with many. Meets and exceed many of the challenges you may be facing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily and quickly create templates to send the same document to multiple people
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind - I am really impressed with the service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HelloSign for sending contracts for our services, which change slightly for each client but all follow the same format. Templates are a huge help for this.
Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Revolutionized documentation process. Makes electronic signatures easy and accessible to anyone. Easy to use interface and ability to save templates. Ability to send reminders to participants. What’s not to like.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit or resend documents that have already been sent. Must restart process. Not much I don’t dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more hard copy signatures, scanning, or faxing. Helps to at streamline inefficient, antiquated documentation processes. No more need to gather physical signatures which can be a painstaking process.

Highly recommend as a quality and budget friendly product.
Awesome and EASY
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for clients to sign, much cheaper than other options. Coming from Adobe Sign, I like hellosign 100X more. Customer service to the actual use of the service is way better. On the client end, its as easy as 123 to sign the documents and submit them back to our office.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboard could be simplified a bit, for new users, it can be hard to figure out at first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This service has been a huge help during COVID. Clients prefer to sign documents via e-sign when possible. Much less street on both our clients and our selves.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to have a e-signing option for your clients, hellosign is the way to go. Its easy, secure and best bang for your buck!

The connection to google drive that automatically pulls in google Docs. Super easy to edit a template and send it to someone to sign.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the doc is zoomed in a weird way, and I think the template version of Hellosign could be stronger. Baseline product still rocks though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proposals, engagement letters, and other agreements. Very easy for us to send over to have professionally electronically signed without waiting for mail or scans.
Great tool, particularly for people working remotely!

I love how easy it is to set-up documents for the signers. Much quicker than getting signatures than in the past!

I don't really have any complaints, I love it!

It allows me to get documents to signers quickly, and so they can sign when they have time, rather than me having to stalk them at the office.
Necessity during COVID-19
What do you like best about the product?
We had to quickly find an expensive way to find to help keep your clients safe and get the necessary signatures. We looked at several companies and HelloSign was the best for the cost and very user friendly. Uploading files, even multiple files is quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is when inserting the fields for signature and date, that sometimes the date shows up as the wrong person signing when setting up for 2 people. It often will try to use the first signer for the date instead of the 2nd signer which you just used. Causes one to do more adjusting and review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving face to face signing of necessary tax papers. It has helped to keep us and our clients of all ages save during these trying times.

I like the step by step, repeatable process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the inability to designate which signature block/signer is being placed first on the document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for capturing authenticated signatures from a wide variety of people and locations.
Excellent alternative to DocuSign.

It is easy to use, requiring very little time to get acclimated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a feature that allowed someone to forward a document for someone else's signature in case you sent the document to someone who doesn't have signing authority in the organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to sign documents remotely during the pandemic. It has also helped us to know when people have received and viewed the document.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is much easier to use than DocuSign. The only drawback is that a recipient can't forward the document for someone else's signature. Very pleased with the product. I would definitely recommend it.
Easiest Contract Signing Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Every step of the signing process is clearly communicated- when someone sees the doc, when they sign it, etc.
I can upload templates, send them off to clients, and when they return the signed documents I don’t have to think about them anymore.

I really haven’t had any issues. My contracts are fairly basic, and HelloSign does everything I need.

I upload a template once, I can send those documents out quickly. Once they are signed, I don’t have to think about it.
