Super easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The template feature is great - it makes it easy to send the same set of docs with the mandatory fields already set. I also like how easy it is to see which docs have been signed versus waiting for signature and from whom.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use the bulk send feature on my current plan without needing to upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was solving the problem to create digital e-sig docs as efficiently as possible. One big benefit of Hellosign over others is that the UI is really consumer-friendly. I found some others to be very stiff-feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign is simple and easy to use. I am able to send and sign contracts to my clients without any difficulties.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comments. HelloSign does a good job fulfilling all of my needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign allows us to send contracts electronically to our clients. It saves so much time and effort from our old system of having to scan and print contracts. It was very easy to use and we implemented it seamlessly.

I would definitely recommend HelloSign.

Wish the gmail integration was better and easier

Makes it a lot easier to gather signatures especially during COVID!

I like that you can create templates and has a very friendly user interface.

There is not much that I dislike. Hello Sign has always been super user friendly and I have never experienced any software issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to get employee documents signed much quicker now and able to track. I also can send client intakes out as well with tracking. I like that you can set automatic reminders for people who have not signed the documents yet. I like the benefits of being able to capture real signatures on documents and be able to capture them quickly.

simple, clean interface. No learning curve. No clutter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really haven't found anything I don't like.

Needed verifiable document singing platform. Loved the audit trail page.

If you're looking for a document signing platform, give these guys a look. I think you'll be pleased with the bang for the buck.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a really easy way to get documents signed. I like being able to track my customers and the auto emails of whether they have viewed the document or not. I have multiple templates that I can use for myself and my team. It really make e signing documents a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont really have any downsides of the program. Sometimes the integration is finicky on Hubspot but that is pretty rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to solve major delays with document signing with Hello sign. Gets the deal done quicker.

Its really a breeze to use and set up. You will not regret it.

I like the fact that it is very user friendly for both the requestor and the signer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there were a few more specific fields to select for input signatures - such as city/state/country.

I send out many legal documents for signatures and the step-by-step indicators make it easy and fool-proof for signers.

It speeds up the entire contract signing process and I am able to close deals faster. It also confirms that the receiver has received, viewed and signed....which is SO helpful. No more following up or wondering.

Highly recommend. It saves time and provides updates letting you know whether the recipient has opened the document and when they have signed it.
