Hello Sign
What do you like best about the product?
Very convenience, we use HelloSign to process thousands of documents per year at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dont have any dislikes, really. I think its better than the competition
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
COVID has impacted the ability to meet with people in person, so this helps

What do you like best about the product?
3 simple steps. to go from the start to the end is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
dislike how I only have 2 trial templates. Creating a new document to sign is a little tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting agreements out to clients. The benefits of getting to know not only how many documents I have out for signature but when someone views the document are very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The links with Dropbox make sending documents out to clients for signature really easy - we can add our signature at the time of sending and are kept in touch with progress throughout
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any real downsides - the integration with Google makes our life simple
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During Covid-19 we haven't been having face to face meetings with clients which is where we used to get sign off on proposals etc - now we can meet on Zoom and send them documents to sign while we meet; no need to send signed copies afterwards !
Easy implementation, buggy interface
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement between SDK support, IFRAME components, and template creation. API is somewhat intuitive and gives enough control to do what you want to do with it. Process is friendly to development process. API support team is friendly and responds within 48h. Non API support team has not been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is someone spotty. Often, I will be trying to make an edit and the site will crash, forcing me to redo the edit (around 30% of the time). I find myself saving small chunks of progress to not lose hours of work while editing my templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to use DocuSign but the implementation for embedding documents was much more involved. HelloSign took under 3 hours to get working on our site, which we appreciated.
Highly recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly with email notifications when the document has been reviewed and signed. Great way to track outgoing and incoming faxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside using Hellosign that I can think of.

Fast, safe and effective legal documents signed by our clients.

Very simple step by step process to get a signature.

Would like everything on one page versus going to 4 multiple pages

Coordinating signatures while working from home is remarkably easy using Hellosign
Great solution for eSignatures
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to upload documents, add the necessary fields, and send to recipients
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the fields would automatically fill the correct space, rather than having to manually adjust them (which is still easy to do though)

HelloSign is a great tool to have!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how convenient it is to use compared to its competitors. Very low in rate as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What our company disliked the most was that you can not pull HelloSign up on some of the browsers. When using Safari, nothing would come up so I was forced to download Google Chrome.

HelloSign has allowed me to communicate with our employees with the onboarding process all while working from home.

The fact that my customers can sign things with ease at remote locations.

Nothing really. I cannot complain about this product.

The big issue is the current state of the world with the pandemic. Hellosign has taken contact out of that equation.

Incredibly easy to use. We’re able to create and send contracts in less than 10 minutes

Would be great if Hellosign added a library of templates
