Easy to use and works great!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create a template and then send out documents quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more templates at the level we are paying, but we may just upgrade to get that functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a lot of time in sending/receiving contracts to prospective customers to sign.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used other products but HelloSign is the easiest and fastest to master.

Solid Program. I Recommend.
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly. I am not tech savvy and have no issues using the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little confusing when sending to more than one person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Don't have to have clients come in to the office to sign documents.

Very easy to use, and the templates you can create are so helpful!

I wish that I could modify document parameters after I've sent them out, instead of having to cancel and resend. I wish it was connected to Google Drive. I wish that there were other ways for a person to sign, such as w a photo.

I'm using primarily to get BAAs and contracts signed between execs on my team and other vendors/partners. Also using to get consents from patients.

If you need signatures, USE THIS TOOL!!
Streamlining Collecting of Signatures
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple for both us and our clients to digitally sign our paperwork. This really does make closing business one notch easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I have not run into anything that I haven't liked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits is that I no longer have to wait for long periods of time to get something signed and returned. The amount of time i spend on getting signatures has decreased significantly. It also helps me keep organized with knowing what documents I have out to be signed.
Great and easy digital signature tool. I recommend to anyone!

What do you like best about the product?
Hellosign is VERY user friendly! We were a little hesitant swapping from another vendor, but love the services provided. Each day, a report is sent showing how many documents are still out for signature, which is a tremendous help for us!
What do you dislike about the product?
Tough to find something to dislike about the services. Only thing I could mention is the name of the pdf is changed after the signing is complete, but that is a very minor detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to monitor our outstanding documents with greater ease. Allowing us to follow up faster with clients who may not have received the package, or their email sent to spam folder.
Dependable and easy
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign sends reminders for any outstanding signatures along to you and also the person that needs to sign the document. It takes work off my plate and is STRESS FREE! You can also check the status of a particular document or all of them in one convenient location.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike about Hellosign.

Clients are able to sign authorizations and avoid the delay in the mail process.

Great product
What do you like best about the product?
HelloSign allows us to manage our onboarding process easily. Slack integrations give us updates on the status of outstanding contracts, and it's relatively easy for us to update contract requests and send reminders to users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more ability to track the life cycle of a document request. In our process, there are multiple documents that need to be signed that relate back to one deal, and sometimes multiple revisions of the documents. It would be great to be able to link these together to see the history of the document, especially so we do not have to cancel the older document requests manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HelloSign takes the manual work out of our onboarding process. We no longer need to manually prep documents, ensure the latest version is being sent, remember what is outstanding and send reminders, and deal with documents submitted too late.
